Abstract

[목적]
고온 분위기에서 완벽한 기밀이 유지될 수 있고, 또 버터플라이 밸브 혹은 게이트 밸브의 축수부 틈새로 카본 등이 침투할 수 없게 되어 있는 매연 재연소장치용 교번 밸브 조립체를 제공함.
[구성]
입구와 출구를 갖춘 밸브 하우징의 내측 축수부에 밸브체가 부싱을 개재하여 축으로 회동 가능하게 지지된 교번 밸브 1쌍을 대칭 되게 배열하고, 상기한 각 밸브체가 밸브 하우징의 외부로 배치된 액츄에이터에 의해 상호 번갈아 개폐되도록 한 매연 재연소장치용 교번 밸브 조립체로서, 상기한 밸브 하우징의 축수부에 축이 원활하게 지지된 수 있도록 칼라와 부싱을 동심상으로 설치하고, 이들 칼라와 부싱 사이의 틈새를 스프링에 의해 탄지되는 1쌍의 기밀 유지용 링체로 밀봉시킴과 아울러 상기한 축의 돌출 단부를 지지하는 밸브 하우징의 축수부 내측으로 1쌍의 보전용 링체에 의해 보호되어 상기한 축과 칼라 사이의 틈새를 밀폐하는 패킹재를 설치하고, 상기한 밸브 하우징의 입구 내주면에 형성된 환상홈의 턱으로 링상의 밸브 시트를 수납 배치하여 기밀성을 보장할 수 있는 구성으로 되어 있다.

제4도는 본 발명의 사용 예시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 입구와 출구를 갖춘 밸브 하우징의 내측 축수부에 밸브체가 부싱을 개재하어 축으로 회동 가능하게 지지된 교번 밸브 1쌍을 대칭 되게 배열하고, 상기한 각 밸브체가 밸브 하우징의 외부로 배치된 액츄에이터에 의해 상호 번갈아 개폐되도록 한 매연 재연소장치용 교번 밸브 조립체에 있어서, 중간이 사각축으로 형성되고 일측단이 돌출 단부로 형성된 축과, 상기한 밸브 하우징의 축수부에 지지되어 각각 상기한 축과 돌출단부를 지지하는 부싱과, 상기한 축의 외주에 삽입 개재되어서 밸브 하우징의 내부로 축의 외주가 노출되지 않게 시일드하는 칼라와, 상기한 축과 돌출 단부의 외주로 삽입되고 스프링에 의해 탄압되어 상기한 부싱의 내측단에 항상 접촉하게 배치되는 1쌍의 기밀 유지용 링체와, 상기한 축의 돌출 단부를 지지하는 밸브 하우징의 축수부 내측으로 삽입 배치되는 1쌍의 보전용 링체와, 이들 보전용 링체 사이로 개재되어서 상기한 축과 칼라 사이의 틈새를 밀폐하는 패킹재, 그리고 상기한 밸브 하우징의 입구 내주면에 형성된 환상홈의 턱으로 삽입 지지되는 링상의 밸브 시트와, 이 밸브 시트의 외측으로 설치되어 기밀성을 보장하는 쿠션재를 구비하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 매연 재연소장치용 교번 밸브 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 축수부는 밸브체와 연결되는 아암을 지지하는 부분이 다각축으로 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 매연 재연소장치용 교번 밸브 조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 액츄에이터에 연결된 링크는 상기한 축의 돌출 단부에서 체결 너트의 이완을 방지하기 위한 잼 플레이트를 개재하여 연결된 구성으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 매연 재연소장치용 교번 밸브 조립체.
  4. 입구와 출구를 갖춘 밸브 하우징의 내측 축수부에 밸브체가 부싱을 개재하여 축으로 회동 가능하게 지지된 교번 밸브 1쌍을 대칭 되게 배열하고, 상기한 각 밸브체가 밸브 하우징의 외부로 배치된 액츄에이터에 의해 상호 번갈아 개폐되도록 매연 재연소장치용 교번 밸브 조립체에 있어서, 상기한 밸브체는 일측면에 1쌍의 핀 축수부와 고정볼트를 일체로 보유하고, 상기한 핀 축수부는 밸브 하우징에 회동 가능하게 배치된 축의 중간부로 관총 지지되는 아암의 핀공을 관통하는 연결핀의 양단을 축 지지함과 아울러 상기한 고정볼트는 반구형 홈붙이 와셔와 반구형 돌출부를 가진 와셔를 개재하여 상기한 아암의 종단에 형성된 통공으로 관통되어 너트로 체결 고정되는 구성으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 매연 재연소장치용 교번 밸브 조립체.
