Claims (4)
- 유체통로의 이격된 단부들 사이에 배치되는 대향단부들을 가진 환상의 허브(12), 및 외측단부가 확대된 관통구멍을 가지며 허브의 측부로부터 뻗은 목부분(12')으로 구성된 몸체(11)를 포함하고, 허브(12')의 내측상에 내벽을 가진, 탄성재료로 된 시트(21)를 포함하고, 시트와 단단하게 결합하기 위한, 외측원주를 가진 디스크(27)를 포함하고, 시트를 통해 허브내의 구멍안으로 밀접하게 결합하는 내측단부(28B)를 가진 스템(28)을 포함하고, 시트와 목관통 구멍을 통해 밀접하게 결합하는 외측단부(28A)를 포함하고, 디스크를 통해 뻗고, 디스크이 편평표면(33)내에 밀접하게 끼워지는 편평표면(32)을 포함하는 스템의 중간부분(28C)을 포함하고, 여기서 디스크는, 스템의 외측단부(28A)에 연결된 액추에이터에 의해, 개폐 위치사이에서 스템과 함께 회전할 수 있으며, 상기의 스템은 허브, 시트 및 디스크내의 밀접 결합 위치 안팎으로 축방향이 이동 가능하며, 구멍(13)의 외측단부 둘레의 요홈(43)과 스템둘레의 요홈(41)으로 구성된, 상기 위치에 스템을 지지하는 수단을 포함하고, 스템둘레의 요홈안에 분리가능하게 배치되는 내측변부들과 구멍(13)의 외측단부안에 밀접하게 결합되는 외측변부들을 가진 C-링(40)을 포함하고, C-링(40)의 외측부들의 바깥쪽으로 구멍의 외측단부 둘레의 요홈내에 분리가능하게 배치되는 지지링(42)을 포함하며, 상기 지지링(42)이 그 원주상의 하나의 위치에서 분할되므로써 지지링(2)이 구멍(13)내의 요홈 안팎으로 끼워지고 벗겨질 수 있도록 구성된 버터플라이 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서 구멍(13)과 스템사이의 밀봉결합을 위해 구멍(13)의 확대된 외측단부안에서 스템 주위를 둘러싸는 밀봉링을 포함하고, 밀봉링과 분할된 링들(40, 42) 중간의 구멍의 외측단부 안에서 스템을 둘러싸는 부싱을 포함하는 버터플라이 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스템의 내측단부(28B)가 구멍(31)내의 견부와 맞물리게 되어 직립위치에 있을 때 스템의 중량을 지지하도록 구성된 버터플라이 밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스템의 단부들이 연장하는 시트내의 구멍들의 내경들보다 스템단부들의 외경이 더 크게 형성된 버터플라이 밸브.
