Claims (7)

  1. 니오붐 합금 조성물에 있어서, 체적 퍼센트로 55 내지 90%의 니오붐 합금 분말과 NbAl3, NbFe2, NbCo2,NbCr2또는 그의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 체적 퍼센트로 10 내지 45%의 금속간 화합물 분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오붐 합금 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속간 화합물 분말의 입자 크기는 상기 니오붐 합금의 입자 크기보다 적은 것을 틱징으로 하는 니오붐 합금 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 금속간 화합물 분말은 NbAl3,와 NbFe2, NbCo2또는 NbCr2중 하나와의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오붐 합금 조성물.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 금속간 화합물은 NbAl3. 대 NbCo2의 체적비가 1:1 내지 3:1인 NbAl3와 NbCo2의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 니오붐 합금 조성물.
  5. 니오붐 합금 성형체의 제조방법에 있어서, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 형성하고, 상기 조성물을 기계적으로 합금시키고, 그리고 최종의 제품을 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오붐 합금 조성물.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 기계적으로 합금된 조성물은 고온 등압 프레싱에 의해 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오붐 합금 조성물.
  7. 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 내산화성 코오팅이 상기 성형된 조성물에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 니오붐 합금 조성물.
