AN ALLOY IS CAST CONTAINING 6.0-8.0% A1 AND 3.2-4.3% CU, THE REST BEING ZINC. SUCH AN ALLOY SHOWS A CASTING STRUCTURE WITH A FINE GRAIN AND IT CAN BE CAST BELOW 440?C. THE PROCESS MAY BE USED AMONG OTHERS FOR THE MANUFACTURING OF MINIATURE CARS BY PRESSURE CASTING.
