Claims (8)

  1. 20-400g/ℓ(금속으로 계산함) 농도의 비철금속 산화물 또는 수산화물을 수정 매체내 20-160℃의 온도 및 3.2 보다 높은 pH값에서 처리하고 침전된 실질적으로 산화물이 없는 비철금속가루를 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속화합물을, 임의로 승온에서 수성 매체내에서 휘저어 섞으면서 수정 당 또는 전분용액으로 처리하고 침전된 금속가루를 분리하는 비철금속가루 또는 비철금속가루 혼합물들의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 비철금속산화물 또는 수산화물을 70-300g/ℓ(금속으로 계산함)의 농도로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 70-150℃의 온도를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속가루의 입자크기를 pH값을3.2에서 14 이하로 변화시킴으로 0.1-30μ m 사이값으로(pH값이 높아지면 입자크기가 작아진다)조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응시, 알카리수산화물을 첨가함으로 일정한 pH값을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속들의 전기화학 씨리즈에서 카드뮴(-0.40볼트)와 금(+1.5볼트)사이의 산화-환원전위를 갖는 비철금속의 산화물 또는 수산화물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 Cu, Ag, Ni, Co, Sn, Pb, Sb, As 또는 Bi의 산화물 또는 수산화물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화제, 특히 과산화수소 또는 그 알카리염을 0.5-5%(당에 대해)양으로 당 용액에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
