Claims (13)
- 일반식[I][식중,R1은 수소, 할로겐 또는 저급알킬기이고, R2및 R3은 탄화수소기이고, R4및 R5는 각각 수소 또는 저급 알킬기이고,또는 R2,R3,R4및 R5가 함께 되어 그들이 결합되고 있는 탄소와 같이 벤젠환을 형성하는 것이 바람직하며, A는 임의로 저급알킬기로 치환될 수 있는 메틸렌기이거나, 또는 산소 또는 황이고,1는 0또는 1이고, m는 0또는 1이고, n는 1내지 3의 정수이고, Het는 식[II]내지[X]식중,R6은 저급알킬기이고, R7은 디저급알킬기 치환카르바모일기이고,R8,R|9및 R10은 저급알킬기이고 R11은 수소, 저급알킬기 또는 페닐기이다.)의 군에서 선택되는 기이다.그러나,A가 산소 또는 황일때는 Het는 식[IV]으로 표시되는 기이고, n이고 2이상일때는 Het는 식[IV′]또는 식[X]로 표시되는 기이고, m가 1일때는 R2,R3,R4및 R5는 함께 그들이 결합하고 있는 탄소와 같이 벤젠환을 형성하고, 또 Het는 식[III]으로 표시되는 기이고,R1이 할로겐 또는 저급알킬기일때는 Het는 식[IV]로 표시되는 기이다.]로 표시되는 신규함질소화합물 또는 그 약리학적 허용 염류.
