Claims (9)
- 실리카와, 하기와 같이 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 투명중합체로 구성되고, 실리카가 투명보호 피복층중 약10-70%가 포함되는 아크릴중합체의 경우를 제외하고는 실리카가 투명보호 피복층중 약10-80%가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명보호 피복층을 가지는 역반사 시이트 : 지방족 폴리우레탄, 적어도 하나의 카르복실산기 EH는 히드롤실기를 함유하는 공중합체를 15중량 %이하의 미량을 함유하는 폴리비닐클로라이드 공중합체, 및 -20℃ 내지 60℃의 유리전이온도를 가지는 아크릴 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미량의 친수성 폴리실록산 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사 시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카가 입경이 50mm 미만인 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명중합체가 비닐 클로라이드와, 말레인산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 비닐 알콜올로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 단량체와의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명중합체가 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 부틸 메타크릴레이트와의 공중합체인 아크릴 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 투명중합체가 10중량 %미만의 카르복실산기 함유 단량체 유닛을 함유하는 지방족 폴리우레탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 역반사시이트.
- 하기의 단계로 구성되는 보호 실리카 피복층을 가지는 역반사시이트의 제조방법:A. 하기와 같이 보호 피복조성물을 제조한다.1) 수분산액중의 지방족 폴리우레탄, 유기용매중의 지방족 폴리우레탄 적어도 하나의 카르복실산기 또는 히드록실기를 함유하는 공중합체를 15중량 %이하의 미량을 함유하는 폴리비닐클로라이드 공중합체, 및 물보다 높은 비점을 가지는 적어도 하나의 용매를 함유하는 수성유화제중의 -20℃ 내지 60℃의 유리전이 온도를 가지는 아크릴 중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 투명 중합체조성물을 준비하고,2) 단계 1)의 중합체와 콜로이드 입경이 50mm 미만인 실리카졸을 Sio2와 단계 1)의 중합체 고형분의 총량에 대하여 SiO2함량이 10-80중량 %, 아크릴 중합체의 경우에는 10-70중량 %가 되도록 서서히 혼합한다.B. 역반사 시이트를 준비하고 이 역반사 시이트를 단계 A의 보호피복 조성물로 피복한다.C. 단계 B의 피복 역반사시이트를 건조시킨다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계 B의 역반사 시이트는 보호피복조성물로 피복하기전에 코로나 방전시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 콜로이드 입경이 50mm 미만인 콜로이드 실리카와, 수분산액중의 지방족 폴리우레탄, 용기 용매중의 지방족 폴리우레탄, 적어도 하나의 카르복실산기 또는 히드록실기를 함유하는 공중합체를 15중량 %이하의 미량을 함유하는 폴리비닐클로라이드 공중합체 및 물보다 높은 비점을 가지는 적어도 하나의 용매를 함유하는 수성유화제중의 -20 내지 60℃의 유리전이온도를 가지는 아크릴중합체로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 중합체 조성물과의 혼합물로 구성되고, 이 혼합물은 실리키와 중합체 고형분의 총량에 대하여 10 내지 80중량%의 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피복 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
