Claims (5)
- 지지체 및 입자상 표층부로 되는 2층 구조 내열판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 마그네시아, 스피넬, 물라이트, 지르코니아, 지르콘, 알르미나, 샤모트, 코오디어라이트, 탄화규소 및 질소규소를 구성하는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 재료로 된 2층 구조 내열판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 표층부가 마그네시아, 스피넬, 지르코니아, 알루미나, 실리카, 산화크롬(CR2O3), 탄화규소, 질화규소, 카본 및 피크로크로마이트를 구성하는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 재료로된 2층 구조 내열판.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 입자상 표층부의 입도가 0.1~2mm인 2층 구조 내열판.
- 지지체 및 입자상 표층부를 갖는 생소지를 1,000~1,800℃의 온도에서 소성하는 것을 구성하는 2층 구조 내열판 제조공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
