Claims (11)

  1. 내부면상에서 전기 도전 코팅한 유리 또는 플라스틱의 제 1 페인, 상기 코팅된 내부면과 접촉한 플라스틱 내부층 및, 상기 내부층상의 유리 또는 플라스틱의 제 2 페인으로 이루어진 전자기 차폐 박층에 있어서, 상기 박층은 코팅 페인 주변의 상기 코팅과 전기 접촉한 전기 도전 코팅과 내부층 상이의 미소전기도전 메시의 가장자리가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 차폐 박층.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기 도전 메시지의 가장 자리는 페인의 전체 주변의 코팅 페인 에지 상부로 연장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 차폐 박층.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 2항에 있어서, 전기 도전 메시지는 금속선 메시인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 차폐 박층.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 전기 도전 메시는 구리 도금 강철 메시인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 차폐 박층.
  5. 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 코팅 페인에 중복한 전기 도전 메시의 가장자리는 폭이 25㎜이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 차폐 박층.
  6. 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 전기 도전 코팅은 전기 도전층 상부의 비도전 층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 차페 박층.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 전기 도전 코팅은 비도전 금속 산화층 사이에서 샌드위치된 금속층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 차폐 박층.
  8. 전술한 어느항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 2 페인은 유리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 차페 박층.
  9. 전술한 어느 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 내부층은 폴리비닐부트랄로 이루어지고, 박층은 오토클레이빙으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자식 차폐 박층.
  10. 한 단면상의 전기 도전 코팅한 유리 또는 플라틱의 제 1 페인, 코팅 페인 주변의 상기 상부의 전기 도전 메시지 가장자리, 상기 전기 도전 코팅과 상기 전기 메시의 가장자리 상부의 플라스틱의 내부층 및 상기 내부층상의 유리 또는 플라스틱의 제 2 페인으로 이루어진 어셈블리를 형성하고, 이것을 대향 룰러사이에 통과시킴으로써 상기 어셈블리를 프리-니핑이하며, 그리고 박층을 형성하도록 프리-니프된 어셈블리를 오토클레이빙하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 차페 박층 형성방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 플라스틱 내부층은 상기 제 2 페인상에 위치되고, 전기 도전 메시의 가장자리는 플라스틱 내부층상에 위치되며, 그리고 유리 또는 플라스틱의 코팅 페인이 내부층에 위치되기 전에 메시는 내부층에 메시를 국부적으로 용접하도록 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기 차폐 박층 형성방법.
