Claims (5)
- 금속블랭크가 대향하는 끝가장자리를 겹쳐, 겹침부를 갖는 관동체 성형체(缶胴體 成形體)를 형성하며, 이 겹침부를, 그 양면에 선전극을 대접(對接)시켜, 전기저항 매쉬시임 용접해서 용접관동체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 최소한 한쪽의 선전극의 상기 대접하는 쪽의 면은 평면주부(平面主部)와, 이 평면 주부에 접속하는 구배면을 갖는 측연돌조부(側緣突條部)로 이루어져 있으며, 이 겹침부에 있어서의 이 끝가장자리의 단면이 이 구배면 근방의 이 평면주부 부분의 위나 또는 그 구배면 위에 위치하도록 이 관동체 성형체를 송입(送入)하고, 상기 용접시 이단면 근방의 재료가 이 구배면에 연해서 원주방향 바깥쪽으로 흐르도록 하여 메쉬시임 용접을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접관동체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 겹침부 양면에 대접하는 한쌍의 선전극이 하나의 연속된 동선으로 이루어진 용접관 동체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선전극의 각각이 전극로울(電極 roll)에 의해 지지되고 있는 용접관동체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용접이 불활성 분위기중에서 행해지는 용접관동체의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 금속블랭크가 양면에 비교적 두꺼운 전기절연성의 크로메이트층을 갖는 표면처리 강판으로 형성되며, 각각의 선전극의 상기 대접하는 쪽면에 평면주부와 측연돌조부가 형성되어 있으며, 또한 선전극은 주석 또는 주석합금에 의해 피복되어 있는 용접관동체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
