Claims (24)
1. Датчик, приспособленный для электрического соединения с источником питания, имеющий первое средство контакта, причем датчик содержит первую изолирующую подложку с нанесенным первым электродом и вторую изолирующую подложку с нанесенным вторым электродом, причем указанные электроды расположены обращенными друг к другу на удалении друг от друга, первую вырезанную часть, простирающуюся через указанную первую изолирующую подложку и прокладку для того, чтобы открыть первую контактную область на второй изолирующей подложке, что позволяет первому средству контакта осуществить эффективное электрическое соединение с первой контактной областью, расположенной на второй изолирующей подложке, причем первая контактная область электрически соединена со вторым электродом.
2. Датчик по п.1, дополнительно содержащий вторую вырезанную часть, простирающуюся через указанную вторую изолирующую подложку и эту или иную прокладку для того, чтобы открыть вторую контактную область на первой изолирующей подложке, что позволяет второму средству контакта эффективно контактировать со второй контактной областью, расположенной на первой изолирующей подложке, причем вторая контактная область электрически соединена с первым электродом.
3. Датчик по п.1 или 2, в котором первая контактная область находится на заранее определенной глубине от первой изолирующей подложки.
4. Датчик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором вторая контактная область находится на заранее определенной глубине от второй изолирующей подложки.
5. Датчик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором каждая изолирующая подложка изготовлена из гибкого изолирующего материала.
6. Датчик по п.5, в котором гибкий изолирующий материал является полиэфирным пластиком.
7. Датчик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором каждый электрод и его соответствующая контактная область изготовлены из объединенного слоя металла, осажденного на изолирующую подложку.
8. Датчик по п.7, в котором металл выбирают из группы, состоящей из палладия, золота, платины, иридия и серебра.
9. Датчик по п.7 или 8, в котором металл имеет толщину 10-1000 нм.
10. Датчик по любому из пп.7-9, в котором объединенный слой металла осаждают на изолирующую подложку напылением.
11. Датчик по любому из пп.1-6, в котором каждый электрод и его соответствующая контактная область изготовлены из углерода.
12. Датчик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором вырезанные части удалены в боковом направлении относительно продольной оси датчика.
13. Датчик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором вырезанные части удалены в продольном направлении относительно продольной оси датчика.
14. Датчик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором вырезанные части удалены в продольном и в боковом направлениях относительно продольной оси датчика.
15. Датчик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором по меньшей мере одна из подложки или прокладка окружают всю периферию вырезанной части.
16. Датчик по любому из предшествующих пунктов, в котором вырезанные части приспособлены для зацепления защелкиванием с соответствующими средствами контакта.
17. Датчик по любому из пп.1-15, в котором вырезанная часть вырезана с краю датчика так, что вырезанная часть является открытой по меньшей мере с одного края датчика.
18. Датчик по п.17, в котором ребро жесткости изготовлено вдоль открытого края датчика.
19. Датчик по п.18, в котором ребро жесткости образовано прокладкой.
20. Датчик по п.18 или 19, в котором ребро жесткости имеет форму, которая облегчает зацепление защелкиванием средства контакта с контактной областью.
21. Датчик по любому из пп.2-20, в котором вырезанная часть вытянута относительно второй вырезанной области с возможностью первого зацепления защелкиванием между первым средством контакта и первой контактной областью во время скользящего зацепления датчика с указанными первым и вторым средствами контакта и с последующим скольжением первого средства контакта по первой контактной области до момента второго зацепления защелкиванием между вторым средством контакта и второй контактной областью.
22. Воспринимающая система, содержащая датчик по любому из предшествующих пунктов и воспринимающая аппаратура, включающая в себя первое средство контакта и/или второе средство контакта, выполненное с возможностью эффективного электрического контакта с первой и второй контактными областями, соответственно.
23. Воспринимающая система по п.22, в которой средства контакта выполнены с возможностью упругого смещения и проникновения сквозь соответствующую вырезанную часть для осуществления контакта с контактной областью.
24. Воспринимающая система по п.22 или 23, в которой средства контакта приспособлены для зацепления защелкиванием с соответствующими вырезанными частями.
