제2도는 조립된 상태의 압력부싱이 도시된 본 발명의 제1실시예의 종축단면도.
제3도는 압력부싱이 압축된 제2도에 따른 제1실시예의 종축단면도.
제6도는 제4도 및 제5도에 따른 압축된 압력부싱과 슬리이브를 플랜지 연결한 금속 파이프의 종축단면도.
Claims (5)
- 플랜지에 대향 배치된 클램프부재의 압축력으로 적어도 제1원추형 플랜지된 금속파이프(플랜지)의 테이퍼된 소켓에서 밀봉되도록 삽입되는 슬리이브를 갖춘 얇은 벽, 작은 직경의 금속파이프 특히 모터용 브레이크, 연료 또는 유압통로용파이프커플링에 있어서, 슬이브(12)는 축에 고정된 링채널(18)을 구비하고, 제1금속파이프(1)상의 반경방향으로 얇은 두께의 압력부싱(l5)은 플랜지(23)에 인접한 곳까지 미끄러지고 플랜지(23)와 밀봉체(l4)와의 접촉압력은 압력부싱의 변형구역(2O)을 통해 축방향으로 생길 수 있으며 슬리이브(12)의 압력부싱(15)를 축방향으로 압축함으르써 반경방향으로 변형될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브(12)의 링채널(18)은 방경방향 변형구역(20)의 단부(27)에 대해 압축방향(26)으로 고정되고, 그 반대로 반경방향변형구역(20)은 자유 구역(28) 주위의 압축방향과 겹치게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 압력부싱(15)의 작동위치에서 슬리이브(12)의 링채널(18)은 반경방향 변형구역(29)으로 돌출하지않는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프커플링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 압력부싱(15)의 반경방향변형구역(20)은 동일하지 않은 두께부분(30)을 구비하며 반경방향변형구역(20)의 단부(27)에서는 슬리이브(12)의 링채널(18)의 자유구역(28)에 있는 벽두께(21)에 대해 가장 얇은 벽두께(3l)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프커플링.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외부소켓(32)를 구비한 제1의 원추형 플랜지된 금속파이프(1)은 제2의 2중 원추형 플랜지된 금속파이프(2)의 중공형내부소켓(33)에 밀봉 연결되며, 외부소켓(34)는 슬리이브(12)의 테이퍼된 소켓(25)에 밀봉압축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프커플링.※ 참고사항 : 최초출된 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
