Claims (5)
- 비-구형의 입자모양, 20내지 100%의 마찰 충진비 및 5내지 500㎛의 핑균의 입자크기를 가지는 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체의 분말로서, 상기의 테트라플루오로틸렌공중합체가 테트라플루오로에틸렌/헥사플루오로프로에필렌 공중합체 또는 테트라플루오로에틸렌/플루오로(비닐에테르)공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체의 분말.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분말의 평균 입자 크기(μ) 및 부피 밀도(ρ1)가 하기식을 만족시킴을 특징으로 분말.logμ < 2.45ρ1+0.75
- 롤을 가지는 테트라플루오로에틸렌/헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌/플루오로(비닐에테르)공중합체의 시이트를 제조하고 제조한 시이트를 분쇄시킴을 특징으로 하는 비-구형 입자 모양, 20내지 100%의 마찰 충진비 및 5내지 500㎛의 평균 입자크기를 가지는 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체의 분말의 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 시이트 형태 또는 분쇄된 형태의 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체를 불소 기체 처리법으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 공중합체의 분말이 하기식을 만족시키는 분말임을 특징으로 하는 방법. logμ<2.45ρ1+0.75 식중에서, μ는 분말의 평균 입자크기를 나타내고, ρ1은 분말의 피부밀도를 나타낸다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
