제1도는 본 발명의 가공 처리 순서를 나타내는 도표이다.
Claims (10)
- 요구되는 흡수제 전체량의 70-90%를 건조 분말로 가스 흐름속에 도입시키고, 뒤이어 가스 흐름에 난류를 생성하며, 요구되는 흡수제 전체량의 10-30%를 용액이나 현탁액으로 난류 가스 흐름속에 도입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 흐름에 흡수제를 첨가하고 사실상 모든 오염물질을 함유한 흡수제를 분진과 함께 건조 분리함으로써 분진외에 SO2, SO3, HCL, HF 및 질소 산화물들과 같은 기체성 오염물질을 함유하는 배기가스를 정제하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄산 나트륨 및/또는 수산화 칼슘이 건조분말로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수산화 나트륨이나 탄산 나트륨이 물과 함께 용액으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 물속의 수산화 칼슘이 현탁액으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용액이나 현탁액으로 도입되는 흡수제의 양이 배기가스의 HCl 함량에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 용액이나 현탁액 형태의 흡수제의 첨가를, 그 첨가로 인해 배기가스의 온도가 15℃ 이하, 바람직하게는 10℃ 이하로 감소되도록 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 정제된 배기가스가 표준 입방 미터당 SO2400mg, SO35mg, HCl 30mg 및 HF 5mg을 초과하지 않게 함유하도록 하는 전체량으로 흡수제가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 오염물질-함유 흡수제와 분진이 전기집진기로 수집되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 분리된 물질이 재순환되고 정제되어야 하는 배기가스 흐름내로 재-도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 정제된 배기가스가 뒤이어서 질소 산화물을 제거하기 위한 촉매 처리를 받도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
