Abstract

연소 공장, 특히 쓰레기 소각 공장의 배기 가스로부터 디옥신 및 푸란을 분리하기 위해, 분진 및 기체상 오염물 HF, HCl, SO₂및 SO₃가 공지된 방법으로 배기 가스로부터 먼저 실질적으로 완전히 분리되고 나서, 이리하여 예비 정제된 배기 가스가 습식-방법 정전 집진기로 공급되며, 예비 정제된 배기 가스가 습식-방법 정전 집진기에 도입되기 바로 전에 예비 정제된 배기 가스에 S㎥당 10 내지 500㎎의 활성탄 분말이 첨가되는 방법이 기재되어 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기a), b)를 특징으로 하는, 연소 공장의 배기 가스로 부터 디옥신 및 푸란을 분리하는 방법 a)배기 가스를 먼저 공지된 방법으로 처리하여 분지, HF, HCl, SO₂, 및 SO₃를 실질적으로 완전히 제거하고, b)이리하여 예비 정제된 배기 가스를 습식-방법 정전 집진기에 공급하고, 배기 가스가 집진기에 도입되기 바로전에 S㎥당 10 내지 500㎎ 활성탄 분말을 배기 가스에 첨가한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, S㎥당 20 내지 200㎎의 활성탄 분말이 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 습식-방법 정전 집진기는 40 내지 95℃의 온도, 20내지 120KV의 전압, 50내지 600㎃의 전류치에서 및 예비 정제된 배기 가스의 S㎥당 0.002 내지 0.21의 물 공급율로 작동되며, 물이 배기가스를 위한 유입구에 인접한 습식-방법 정전 집진기로 분무됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 30 내지 80KV의 전압이 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 건조 활성탄 또는 활성탄의 수성 현택액이 예비 정제된 배기 가스의 스트림내에 부유됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
