Abstract
본 발명은 알루미나 및/또는 수화된 알루미나에서 선택된 알루미나 성분, 소듐 카보네이트 및/또는 소듐 비카보네이트에서 선택되고 상기 알루미나 성분당 중량비율이 0.5∼2부인 알카리 성분, 및 결합제로 구성되며, 바람직하게는 입도가 2mm이상, BET 표면적이 10m2/g 이상인 과립형태의, 염화수소와 같은 산성 기체를 흡수 하는 흡수제로서, 상기 과립이 상기 결합제를 5∼20중량% 함유하며, 900℃에서 과립 샘플을 연소시킨 후의 샘플의 소듐 옥사이드(Na2O) 함량이 20중량%이상이 되도록 하는 알카리 성분 함량을 갖는 흡수제에 관한다

Claims (5)
- 알루미나 및/또는 수화된 알루미나에서 선택된 알루미나 성분, 소듐 카보네이트 및/또는 소듐 비카보네이트에서 선택되고 상기 알루미나 성분당 중량비율이 0.5∼2부인 알카리 성분, 및 결합제의 균질한 혼합물로 구성된 흡수제 과립으로서, 상기 과립은 상기 결합제를 5∼20중량% 함유하며, 900℃에서 과립 샘플을 연소시킨 후의 샘플의 소듐 옥사이드(Na2O) 함량이 20중량% 이상이 되도록 하는 알카리 성분 함량을 갖는 흡수제 과립.
- 제1항에 있어서, 10m2/g 이상의 BET표면적을 갖는 흡수제 과립
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 결합제가 수경 시멘트(hydraulic cement) 또는 점토(clay)인 흡수제 과립
- 알루미나 트리하이드레이트, 소듐 비카보네이트 또는 소듐 비카보네이트, 및 결합제의 혼합물을 과립화시키는 단계 및 이렇게 얻어진 혼합물을 350℃이하의 온도에서 화소시키는 단계로 구성되는, 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항의 흡수제 과립을 제조하는 방법
- 150℃ 이하의 온도에서, 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 과립 또는 제4항에서 제조한 과립의 베드를 통하여 기체 스트림을 통과시키는 것으로 구성되는 기체 스트림에서 산성 기체를 제거하는 방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
