Claims (10)
- 치환 중합 촉매, 알킬 알루미늄 촉매 활성제 및 반응 속도 조절제를 사용하여 치환 중합성 시클로올레핀로 부터 성형 제품을 제조하기 위하여, 반응 속도 조절제가 불포화 시클로 아민 및 포화폴리시클로 아민으로 구성된 부류로 부터 선택되는 입체 비장애 또는 부분 비장애 친핵성 루이스 염기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성형 제품을 제조하기 위하여 반응 속도 조절제가 피리딘, 2-,3- 또는 4-치환 피리딘, 2,4-또는 3,4-디-치환 피리딘, 2-치환, 2,3-디-치환 또는 2,5-디-치환 피라진, 퀴놀린, 퀴노옥살린, 1,4-디아자비시클로[2.2.2]옥탄, 헥사메틸렌 테트라아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성형 제품을 제조하기 위하여 반응 속도 조절제가 피리딘, 3-에틸 피리딘, 또는 4-에틸 피리딘인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성형 제품을 제조하기 위하여 반응 속도 조절제가 1,4-디아자비시클로[2.2.2]옥탄, 또는 헥사메틸렌 테트라아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 성형 제품을 제조하기 위하여 알킬 알루미늄 활성 조성물이 트리알킬 알루미늄 또는 혼합된 트리알킬 알루미늄 및 디알킬 알루미늄 할라이드 활성제인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 성형 제품을 제조하기 위하여 알킬 알루미늄 활성 조성물이 트리-n-옥틸 알루미늄 및 디옥틸 알루미늄 요오다이드의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서 성형 제품을 제조하기 위하여 반응 속도 조절제가 4-페닐 피리딘, 퀴놀린, 퀴노옥살린, 2,3-디메틸 또는 2,5-디메틸 피라진 또는 1,4-디아자비시클로[2.2.2]-옥탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성형 제품을 제조하기 위하여 알킬알루미늄 활성 조성물이 디옥틸 알루미늄 요오다이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 알킬 알루미늄 촉매 활성제 및 반응 속도 조절제로 구성된 치환-중합성 시클로올레핀으로 부터 성형제품을 제조하기 위하여, 중합 급송 조성물이 치환 중합 촉매를 함유하고, 반응 속도 조절제가 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한항에서와 같이 불포화시클로 아민 및 포화폴리시클로 아민으로 구성된 부류로 부터 선택되는 입체 비장애 또는 부분 비장애 친핵성 루이스 염기인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합 급송 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 성형 제품을 제조하기 위하여 중합 급송 조성물을 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
