Claims (10)

  1. 알칼리 금속촉매와 활성화제의 존재하에 락탐을 음이온 촉매 중합시켜 폴리아미드를 제조함에 있어서, 중합을 저분자 에스테르 화합물의 존재하에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로 알칼리 토금속 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 촉매로 마그네슘 화합물이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에서 3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 활성화제로 락탐-블록된 이소시아네이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 락탐-종결된 이소시아네이트로 폴리올과 락탐-블록된 디이소시아네이트의 반응생성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에서 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 에스테르로 디메틸 테레프탈레이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에서 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 락탐으로 카프로락탐을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 명세서와 실시예에 기술된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에서 8항중 어느 하나에 따라 제조된 폴리아미드.
  10. 제9항에 따른 폴리아미드를 부분 또는 전체로 하여 제조된 물건.
