Claims (11)

  1. 락탐중합 촉매와 활성화제의 존재하에 락탐중합으로 나일론 블록 공중합체 조성물을 제조함에 있어서, 사용된 활성화제가 분자량이 1500인 락탐으로 종결된 고분자 활성화제와 분자량이 750인 락탐으로 종결된 저분자 활성화제의 결합인 것을 특징으로 하는 나일론 블록 공중합체 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 락탐으로 종결된 고분자 활성화제가 폴리올과 활성화제 그룹으로 포함한 화합물과의 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 저분자 활성화제가 디아실락탐 또는 N-치환된 카르바모일 락탐 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고분자 활성화제와 저분자 활성화제가 결합한 것을 사용하는 데 있어 고분자 활성화제의 활성화제 그룹 100개에 대하여 저분자 활성화제의 활성 화제 그룹 50-1000개가 존재하는 것을특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 고분자 활성화제의 활성 화제 그룹 100개에 대하여 저분자 활성화제의 활성화제 그룹 75-250개가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 당량이 300인 폴리올을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 당량이 1000-5000인 폴리올을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 2-피롤리돈, 2-피 페리돈, 카프로락탐과 라우릴 락탐으로된 그룹으로부터 하나또는 그 사상의 락탐이 중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 설실시예에 기술된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에서 9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 이 방법에 따라 제조된 나일론 블록 공중합체 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 나일론 블록 공중합체 조성물이 부분적으로 또는 전체적으로된 물건.
