Abstract

본 발명은 저중합촉매량, 저중합온도라고 하는 온화한 조건하에 있어서도, 효율좋게 포리락트산을 제조할 수 있는 방법을 제공하는 것을 과제로 하며, 그 해결수단으로서, 락티드, 고리상이미드화합물(예를들면 숙신이 미드) 및 중합촉매(예을들면 옥틸산주석)를, N2기류하, 100∼190℃로 가열교반해서, 중합반응을 행한다. 고리상이미드 화합물의 양은, 락티드에 대해서 1∼35mol%가 바람직하다. 중합촉매가 락티드에 대해서 0.00001∼0.1mol%로 적은 양이라고, 효율좋게 폴리락트산을 제조할 수 있다. 그리하여, 폴리머속으로의 촉매의 잔류와 폴리머의 착색을 피할수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 중합촉매존재하, 락트산의 고리상2량체 락티드의 개환중합에 의해서 폴리락트산을 합성하는 방법에 있어서, 고리상이미드 화합물을 중합반응계에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리락트산의 제조방법.
  2. 청구항1에 있어서, 고리상이미드 화합물의 양이, 락티드에 대해서 1∼3moℓ%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리락트산의 제조방법.
  3. 청구항1 또는 청구항2에 있어서, 고리상이미드 화합물이 숙신이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리락트산의 제조방법.
  4. 청구항1∼청구항3의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합촉매의 양이, 락티드에 대해서 0.00001∼0.1moℓ%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리락트산의 제조방법.
