Claims (11)
- a) 평균 분자량 2,000 내지 70,000의 리카프로락톤, 약물, 활탁제 및 유동 족진제를 함유한 혼합물을 과립화하고, b) 생성된 혼합물을 100 내지 2,000daN/㎠의 압력하에 압축한 다음 필요에 따라, c) 얻어진 정제를 i) 45 내지 70℃에서 20분 이하의 기간동안 열처리 하거나 또는 ii) 약 1MHz 내지 25GHz의 극초단파장으로 60초이하, 특히 10 내지 60초동안 처리함을 특징으로 하는 불활성 폴리카프로락톤 매트릭스에 의한 경구투여용 다공성 약제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, a) 단계의 혼합물내의 약물의 비율이 혼합물 총 중량에 대해 80중량%이하인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, a) 단계의 혼합물내의 활탁제의 비율이 혼합물 총 중량에 대해 0.1 내지 2중량%(바람직하기는 0.5중량%)인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, a) 단계의 혼합물내의 유동 촉진제의 비율이 혼합물 총중량에 대해 0.1 내지 2중량%(바람직하기는 0.5중량%)인, 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리카프로락톤 매트릭스는 적합한 다공도 및 경도를 가지며, 함유된 폴리카프로락톤의 분자량은 2,000 내지 70,000이고, 평균 직경이 50 내지 500㎛의 응집된 그레인의 형태로서 결정화도가 적어도 75%인, 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 100daN/㎠이상의 압력하에 압축한 매트릭스인, 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 200 내지 2,000daN/㎠이상의 압력하에 압축한 매트릭스인, 방법.
- 제5항 내지 7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, i) 45 내지 70℃에서 20분 이하의 기간동안 열처리 하거나 또는 ii) 약 1MHz 내지 약 25GHz의 극초단파장으로 60초 이하, 특히 10 내지 60초간 처리한 매트릭스인, 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 함유된 폴리카프로락톤의 평균 분자량이 30,000 내지 45,000의 매트릭스인, 방법.
- 제5항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 폴리카르로락튼 그레인 사이에 존재하는 간극으로 이루어진 가공의 평균 직경이 0.002 내지 100㎛의 매트릭스인, 방법.
