Claims (21)

  1. (i) 주성분으로서, 필수적으로 비닐 단량체와 아크릴 도는 메타크릴 단량체의 랜덤 공중합체로 구성되는 주쇄, 및 말단에 아크릴로일 또는 메타크릴로일 그룹을 함유하는 측쇄를 갖는 경화성 프레폴리머(prepolymer), 및 (ii) 교차 결합성 비닐 단량체로 이루어진 경화성 조성물로 함침되고, 적층되고 경화된 기판으로 이루어지는 적층물(laminate).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 프레폴리머가 다음 일반식(I)로 표시되는 적층물.
    상기식에서, A는 비닐 단량체와 아크릴로일 도는 메타크릴로일 단량체의 랜덤 공중합체로 구성된 주쇄를 나타내며, R1내지 R3는 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸그룹을 나타내고, n은 0 또는 1내지 5의 정수이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 프레폴리머가 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)로 표시되는 적층물.
    상기식에서 A는 비닐 단량체와 아크릴로일 또는 메타크릴로일 단량체의 램덤 공중합체로 구성된 주쇄를 나타내며, X1및 X2는 각각 탄소수 1 내지 16의 탄화수소 그룹 또는 에테르 결합을 통해 연결되고 총 탄소수가 1 내지 16인 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내고, B는 탄소수 20이하의 지방족, 지환족 또는 방향족 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내며, L1및 L2는 각각 -O- 또는 -NH-를 나타내고, R4는 수소원자 또는 메틸그룹을 나타낸다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 프레폴리머가 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 적층물.
    상기식에서 A는 비닐 단량체와 아크릴로일 또는 메타크릴로일 단량체의 랜덤 공중합체로 구성된 주쇄를 나타내며, R5는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타낸다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 경화성 조성물중의 경화성 프레폴리머의 비율이 10 내지 60중량%인 적층물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 경화성 조성물중의 경화성 프레폴리머의 비율이 10 내지 60중량%인 적층물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 경화성 조성물중의 경화성 프레폴리머의 비율이 10 내지 60중량%인 적층물.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 경화성 조성물중의 경화성 프레폴리머의 비율이 10 내지 60중량%인 적층물.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 교차 결합성 비닐 단량체가 일작용성 단량체와 다작용성 단량체의 혼합물이며, 일작용성 단량체에 대한 다작용성 단량체의 중량비가 1/20 내지 1/2인 적층물.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 교차 결합성 비닐 단량체가 일작용성 단량체와 다작용성 단량체의 혼합물이며, 일작용성 단량체에 대한 다작용성 단량체의 중량비가 1/20 내지 1/2인 적층물.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 교차 결합성 비닐 단량체가 일작용성 단량체와 다작용성 단량체의 혼합물이며, 일작용성 단량체에 대한 다작용성 단량체의 중량비가 1/20 내지 1/2인 적층물.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 교차 결합성 비닐 단량체가 일작용성 단량체와 다작용성 단량체의 혼합물이며, 일작용성 단량체에 대한 다작용성 단량체의 중량비가 1/20 내지 1/2인 적층물.
  13. 제5항에 있어서, 경화성 조성물이 추가로(i)포화 다염기산과, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 브롬 또는 염소-함유 지방족 또는 지환족 포화탄화수소 그룹을 갖는 다가 알콜과의 에스테르에 모노글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 또는 모노글리시딜 아크릴레이트를 부가반응시켜 생성된 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체, (ii) 일반식(Ⅷ) 및 (Ⅸ)의 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체, 및 (iii) 일반식(ⅩI)의 염소-함유 난연성 단량체로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체 5 내지 70중량%를 함유하는 적층물.
    상기식에서 R11, R12, R13및 R15는 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, n2는 1 내지 10의 정수를 나타낸다.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 경화성 조성물이 추가로(i) 포화 다염기산과, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 브롬 또는 염소-함유 지방족 또는 지환족 포화탄화수소 그룹을 갖는 다가 알콜과의 에스테르에 모노글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 또는 모노글리시딜 아크릴레이트를 부가반응시켜 생성된 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체, (ii) 일반식 (Ⅷ) 및 (Ⅸ)의 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체, 및 (iii) 일반식(ⅩI)의 염소-함유 난연성 단량체로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체 5 내지 70중량%를 함유하는 적층물.
    상기식에서 R11, R12, R13및 R15는 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, n2는 1 내지 10의 정수를 나타낸다.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 경화성 조성물이 추가로(i)포화 다염기산과, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 브롬 또는 염소-함유 지방족 또는 지환족 포화탄화수소 그룹을 갖는 다가 알콜과의 에스테르에 모노글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 또는 모노글리시딜 아크릴레이트를 부가반응시켜 생성된 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체, (ii) 일반식(Ⅷ) 및 (Ⅸ)의 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체, 및 (iii) 일반식(ⅩI)의 염소-함유 난연성 단량체로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체 5 내지 70중량%를 함유하는 적층물.

  16. 제8항에 있어서, 경화성 조성물이 추가로(i)포화 다염기산과, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 브롬 또는 염소-함유 지방족 또는 지환족 포화탄화수소 그룹을 갖는 다가 알콜과의 에스테르에 모노글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 또는 모노글리시딜 아크릴레이트를 부가반응시켜 생성된 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체, (ii) 일반식(Ⅷ) 및 (Ⅸ)의 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체, 및 (iii) 일반식(ⅩI)의 염소-함유 난연성 단량체로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체 5 내지 70중량%를 함유하는 적층물.
    상기식에서 R11, R12, R13및 R15는 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, n2는 1 내지 10의 정수를 나타낸다.
  17. 제5항에 있어서, 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체가 (i)적어도 하나의 (Ⅷ) 및 (Ⅸ)의 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체, 및 (ii) 일반식(ⅩI)의 염소-함유 난연성 단량체의 혼합물이며, 염소-함유 난연성 단량체의 양은 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체의 총량을 기준으로 하여 50 내지 200중량%인 적층물.
    상기식에서 R11, R12, 및 R13은 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, R15는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, n2는 1 내지 10의 정수를 나타낸다.
  18. 제6항에 있어서, 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체가 (i)적어도 하나의 (Ⅷ) 및 (Ⅸ)의 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체, 및 (ii) 일반식(ⅩI)의 염소-함유 난연성 단량체의 혼합물이며, 염소-함유 난연성 단량체의 양은 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체의 총량을 기준으로 하여 50 내지 200중량%인 적층물.
    상기식에서 R11, R12, 및 R13은 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, R15는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, n2는 1 내지 10의 정수를 나타낸다.
  19. 제7항에 있어서, 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체가 (i)적어도 하나의 (Ⅷ) 및 (Ⅸ)의 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체, 및 (ii) 일반식(ⅩI)의 염소-함유 난연성 단량체의 혼합물이며, 염소-함유 난연성 단량체의 양은 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체의 총량을 기준으로 하여 50 내지 200중량%인 적층물.
    상기식에서 R11, R12, 및 R13은 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, R15는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, n2는 1 내지 10의 정수를 나타낸다.
  20. 제8항에 있어서, 할로겐-함유 난연성 단량체가 (i)적어도 하나의 (Ⅷ) 및 (Ⅸ)의 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체, 및 (ii) 일반식(ⅩI)의 염소-함유 난연성 단량체의 혼합물이며, 염소-함유 난연성 단량체의 양은 브롬-함유 난연성 단량체의 총량을 기준으로 하여 50 내지 200중량%인 적층물.
    상기식에서 R11, R12, 및 R13은 각각 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, R15는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹을 나타내고, n2는 1 내지 10의 정수를 나타낸다.
  21. 제5항에 있어서, 교차 결합성 단량체로서 일반식(ⅩⅡ)의 유연성-부여 단량체를 교차결합성 단량체를 총중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1 내지 40중량%의 양으로 함유하는 적층물.
    상기식에서, R16은 수소원자 또는 메틸그룹을 나타내고, R17은 탄소수 2 내지 5의 2가 지방족 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내며, R18은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내고, n3는 1 내지 20의 정수를 나타낸다.
