Claims (9)

  1. 전해질탱크, 전해질탱크내에 안치된 작품근처에서 전극을 지지하기 위한 지지장치, 작품과 관련하여 전극을 이동하기위한 구동장치, 전극과 작품의 표면사이에서 예정된 갭으로 위치된 전국에 펄스를 간헐적으로 적용하기위한 제1장치, 잔여산출물을 포함하는 전해질을 간헐적으로 배출하기위한 제2장치, 청결한 전해질을 생산하기 위하여 배출된 전해질을 청결하게하기위한 제3장치, 청결한 전해질을 전해질탱크에 공급하기 위한 제4장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해마무리시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기계의 초기에 펄스나비를 지니는 펄스를 적용하도록 배열되며 후기에 초기보다 긴펄스나비를 각각 지니는 펄스를 적용하도록 제1장치가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해마무리 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 초기에 전류밀도를 각각 지니는 펄스를 적용하며 후기에 초기보다 더높은 전류밀도를 각각 지니는 펄스를 적용하도록 제1장치가 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해마무리시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2장치는 다수의 펄스적용후에 전해질을 배출하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해마무리시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 전해질 탱크로부터 전해질의 배출에서 청결한 전해질을 갭으로 투입하기위한 제5장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해마무리시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전해질 탱크에 계속하여 공급된 전해질의 압력을 유지하기위한 제6장치로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해마무리 시스템.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 청결한 전해질의 공급이 청결한 전해질의 투입후에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해마무리시스템.
  8. 전극과 작품의 표면사이에서 예정된 갭을 형성하도록 전극을 위치 시키며 전극과 작품을 가라앉히도록 전해질탱크에 공급하며 간헐적으로 펄스를 전극에 적용하며 잔여산출물을 포함하는 전해질을 간헐적으로 배출하며 청결한 전해질을 생산하도록 배출된 전해질을 청결하게하며 펄스의 작용전에 전해질탱크에 청결한 전해질을 다시 공급하는 것으로 이루어지는 삼차원의 표면을 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 작품을 마무리하기 위한 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 전해질배출후에 갭에 청결한 전해질을 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해마무리시스템.
