Claims (6)

  1. 가공조에 피가공물을 고정시키고, 전극과 피가공물의 표면 사이에 소정된 간격을 형성하도록 전극을 위치시키며, 가공조에 전극과 피가공물이 잠기도록 전해액을 공급하고, 전극에 펄스를 공급하며, 간격에 깨끗한 전해액을 공급하며, 전해생성물을 포함하는 전해액을 배출시키는 것을 포함하며, 30A/㎠와 50A/㎠사이의 피크전류밀도와 2msec와 10msec사이의 펄스지속시간을 가지고 있는 펄스가 각 펄스적용시에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해가공에 의한 마무리 가공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 깨끗한 전해액의 공급이 하나의 펄스적용후에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해가공에 의한 마무리 가공방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 깨끗한 전해액의 공급이 다수의 펄스적용후에 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해가공에 의한 마무리 가공방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 펄스적용이 초기와 후기로 나누어지며 후기에서의 펄스지속시간은 초기의 2배이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해가공에 의한 마무리 가공방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 초기의 펄스의 피크전류밀도와 펄스지속시간은 각각 30A/㎠와 50A/㎠사이와 2msec와 10msec사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해가공에 의한 마무리 가공방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 후기의 펄스의 피크전류밀도와 펄스지속시간이 30A/㎠와 50A/㎠사이와 2msec와 60msec사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 전해가공에 의한 마무리 가공방법.
