Claims (4)

  1. 전국과 공작물의 표면 사이에 있는 예정된 틈을 형성하는 전극을 배치시키고, 그 전극과 공작물을 물속에 잠그기위해서 전해물 탱크에 전해물을 공급하고 전극에 펄스를 적용시키며 틈에 깨끗한 전해물을 공급하고 기계가공을 한번 순환시킨 후에 잔류물을 포함하는 전해물을 배출시키고, 전해물 탱크에 깨끗한 전해물을 제공급하고 그리고 기계가공의 다음 순환을 위해서 예정된 기간 후에 전극에 펄스들을 적용시키는 단계룰 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 마무리 가공방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 기계가공은 제 1 처리공정과 제 2 처리공정으로 분리되며 제 2 처리공정에 있는 펄스를 제 1 처리공정보다 더 높은 전류밀도로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 마무리 가공방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 제 1 처리공정 동안 제 1 처리공정에 있는 펄스보다 더 높은 전류밀도를 가지고 이동펄스를 적용시키는 것을 더 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 마무리 가공방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 기계가공전에 기계가공을 위해서 역극성을 가지고 있는 펄스들을 적용시키는 것을 더 구성하며 그것에 의해서 전극위에 형성된 층이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작물 마무리 가공방법.
