제 1 도는 본 발명에 의한 전해다듬질 가공장치의 개략구성도. 제 2 도는 기준전극 고정장치를 나타내는 단면도. 제3(a)도와 제3(b)도의 전극, 공작물 및 한쌍의 기준전극에 전류를 공급하는 장치를 나타내는 블록도.
Claims (3)
- 공작물(4)을 가공조(10) 내에 고정하고, 가공전극(2)과 공작물표면 사이에 소정간극을 형성하도록 전기한 가공전극을 위치시키고, 전해액을 전기한 전극과 전기한 공작물이 잠기도록 전기한 가공조에 공극하고, 전기한 가공전극에 펄스형태의 전기에너지를 공급하고, 깨끗한 전해액을 전기한 가곤조에 공급하여 전해생성물을 포함하는 전기한 전해액을 배수시키는 공작물 다듬질 방법에 있어서, 전기한 전해액중에 한쌍의 기준전극(8)(9)을 세팅하고, 전기한 기준전극에 펄스형태의 전기에너지를 공급하고, 전기한 기준전극 사이에 흐르는 전류를 검출하고, 검출된 전류에 기초하여 전기한 가공전극(2)과 전기한 공작물(4) 사이에 흐르는 전류의 전류밀도를 제어하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전해다듬질 가공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기한 기준전극(8)(9) 사이에 흐르는 전류의 전류밀도를 계산하고, 계산된 전류밀도를 필요한 소정의 전류밀도와 비교하여, 비교결과에 따라 전기한 가공전극(2)과 전기한 공작물(4) 사이에 흐르는 전류의 전류밀도를 제어하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 다듬질 가공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 기준전극(108)(109)이 블록(70)(71)으로 둘러싸인 체임버(chamber) 내에 설치되고 깨끗한 전해액이 전기한 기준전극 사이에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해다듬질 가공방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
