Claims (2)

  1. A. 정지된 전해액을 통하여 대향설치된 전극과 피가공물과의 극 사이에 소정의 전류밀도를 가지는 펄스를 공급하는스텝, B. 상기 극 사이에 공급되는 펄스의 전류치를 검출하는 스텝, C. 검출된 전류치와 상기 피가공물의 성질 상태에 의해 미리 설정된 소정의 전류치를 비교하고, 그 비료결과에 의거하여 상기 펄스의 전류밀도를 증대시키는 스템. D. 이 증대시킨 펄스를 상기 극 사이에 소정회수 공급하는 스텝, 및 E. 상기 극 사이에 생성된 전해생성물을 배제하는 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해가공에 의한 마무리 가공방법.
  2. A. 정지된 전해액을 통하여 대향 설치한 피가공물과 전극과의 극사이에 소정의 전류밀도를 가지는 펄스를 공급하는 펄스 공급수단. B. 상기 극 사이에 공급되는 펄스의 전류치를 검출하는 검출수단, C. 가공개시의 초기에 상기 검출수단으로 검출된 전류치와 상기 피가공물의 성질상태에 의해 바한전류치를 설정함과 동시에.가공중에 상기 검출수단으로 검출된 전류치와 상기 하한 전류치를 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 의거하여 상기 펄스의 전류밀도를 증대시키도록 상기 펄스공급수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 마무리 가공장치.
