Claims (2)
- A. 정지된 전해액을 통하여 대향설치된 전극과 피가공물과의 극 사이에 소정의 전류밀도를 가지는 펄스를 공급하는스텝, B. 상기 극 사이에 공급되는 펄스의 전류치를 검출하는 스텝, C. 검출된 전류치와 상기 피가공물의 성질 상태에 의해 미리 설정된 소정의 전류치를 비교하고, 그 비료결과에 의거하여 상기 펄스의 전류밀도를 증대시키는 스템. D. 이 증대시킨 펄스를 상기 극 사이에 소정회수 공급하는 스텝, 및 E. 상기 극 사이에 생성된 전해생성물을 배제하는 스텝을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해가공에 의한 마무리 가공방법.
- A. 정지된 전해액을 통하여 대향 설치한 피가공물과 전극과의 극사이에 소정의 전류밀도를 가지는 펄스를 공급하는 펄스 공급수단. B. 상기 극 사이에 공급되는 펄스의 전류치를 검출하는 검출수단, C. 가공개시의 초기에 상기 검출수단으로 검출된 전류치와 상기 피가공물의 성질상태에 의해 바한전류치를 설정함과 동시에.가공중에 상기 검출수단으로 검출된 전류치와 상기 하한 전류치를 비교하고, 그 비교결과에 의거하여 상기 펄스의 전류밀도를 증대시키도록 상기 펄스공급수단을 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전해 마무리 가공장치.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
