Claims (1)

  1. 정지한 전해액을 통하여 소정간극으로 대향설치한 전극과 워크피스간에 단일 펄스를 공급하는 스텝과, 펄스를 공급한 후에 상기 간극을 일단 축소하고 그후에 상기 간극을 확대하는 스텝과, 적어도 상기 간극이 확대할때에이 간극에 전해액을 분출하는 스텝과를 갖는 것을 특징으로하는 전해가공에 의한 마무리 가공방법.
