Claims (14)

  1. 하기 a, b로 구성된 하기 일반식의 시클릭에스테르를 제조하는 방법 : a. 핵의 각 말단상에서 그에 상응하는 α-히드록시 산이나 그 에스테르를 지닌 열에 안정한 폴리에테르 핵의 블록 공중합체를 형성시키고, 이어 b. 각 말단을 적당한 온도와 진공도에서 열분해시켜 시클릭에 스테르를 용출시키고 열에 안정한 폴리에테르 잔류물을 남긴다 ;
    여기서 R1및 R2는 독립적으로 수소이거나 1-약 6정도의 탄소 원자를 지닌 지방족 탄화수소이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열에 안정한 폴리에테르 핵이 지방족 폴리에테르인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 지방족 폴리에테르가 폴리에테르 글리콜인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 클리콜의 분자량이 900-3000인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 글리콜의 분자량이 1800-2200인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열에 안정한 폴리에테르 핵이 방향족 폴리에테르인 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리에테르가 페닐렌옥사이드인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, α-히드록시 산이 글리콜 산이나 락트산인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, α-히드록시산의 에스테르가 메틸이나 에틸 글리콜레이트 또는 메틸이나 에틸 락테이트인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, b단계의 온도가 약 225-285℃이고 진공도는 약 1-25mmHg인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, a단계나 b단계 중에 비휘발성 염기의 첨가를 더 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 용매내에 시클릭 에스테르를 녹이고 용매로 부터 시클릭에스테르를 재결정화시키는 부가적인 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 용매가 건조 초산에틸인 방법.
  14. 제1항이나 제11항에 있어서, 제1항, b단계의 열에 안정한 폴리에테르 잔류물을 제1항, a단계에 재순환시키는 부가적인 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
