Claims (4)
- 섬유상 세라믹 물질을 함유할 수 있는 금속부품의 제조를 위해 저온실을 갖으며 하부 고정판(1)과 상부 이동판(2) 및 그 사이에 배치되며 주조될 부품형상의 공동(4)을 갖는 다이(3)를 포함하며, 상기 하부 고정판은 로드(7)에 의해 지지되는 피스톤(6)이 내부에서 미끄럼이동 가능하도록 해주는 콘테이너(5)에 의해 형성된 주입수단을 구비하고, 상기 콘테이너는 오리피스(8)에 의해 밀폐된 용기(12)내에들어있는 주조될 액체금속옥(10) 속에 담궈지는 관(9)에 연결되고, 상기 용기는 상기 금속을 상기 콘테이너를 향해 이동시키도록 기체홈입구(13)를 통해 압력 P2하에 놓여질 수 있는 압력주조장치에 있어서, 상기 피스톤의 로드 위로의 액체 금속의 흐림 및 상기 관(9)속으로의 공기의 유입을 방지하기 위해 상기 관은 상기 콘테이너 부근의 그의 측면의 한 지점(15)에 상기 피스톤(6)의 위치에 따라 결정되는 압력 P1그리고 P2하의 불활성 기체 덕트(14)와 바스켓을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력 주조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, P2는 금속을 상기 콘테이너와 공동에 공급하는 기간동안 P1보다 더 높고, P1은 상기 피스톤이 상방 이동상태에 있어 상기 오리피스(8)를 차폐시킬시 P2보다 더 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 압력주조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 P1값은 하강이동상태의 상기 피스톤이 상기 오리피스(8)를 개방시키는 시기에, P2가 증가할 때가지 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력주조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, P1과 P2의 압력차는 센서(17)에 의해 제어되는 차동압력계(16)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압력주조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
