Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a máquina de moldeo bajo presión, de cámara fría, para la fabricación de piezas metálicas que contienen eventualmente fibras de cerámicas; dicha máquina de moldeo bajo presión está formado por un disco inferior fijo y un disco superior móvil, entre los cuales está colocado un molde que presenta una matriz o imprenta de la pieza que se va a moldear; el disco inferior se halla equipado con un dispositivo de inyección constituído por un contenedor dentro del cual se desliza un pistón sostenido por una barra; el contenedor se halla conectado mediante el orificio a una tubería que se sumerge en un baño líquido del metal que se va a moldear, contenido en un recipiente hermético, que puede ponerse bajo un sobrepresión P2, mediante una entrada de gas a fin de enviar el metal hacia el contenedor; la cual máquina de moldeo bajo presión está caracterizada por el hecho de que con el propósito de evitar todo derrame de metal líquido sobre la barra del pistón y todo penetración de aire en la tubería, esta tubería se halla equipada en un punto de su pared cercana al contenedor, con una alimentación de gas inerte y una cámara que está a la presión P1, dependiente de la posición del pistón y del valor de P2.
