제1도는 본 발명의 원리에 따라 제조된 터프티드 카핏의 부분 종단면도, 제2도는 베이스에 놓여 모래로 채워진 인조잔디로써 사용되는 것으로, 제1도의 터프티드 카핏과 유사한 부분 종단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 적어도 한 충으로 되고 전방면과 저면을 갖는 받침과, 상기 받침을 통하여 스티치된 다수의 나란한 열의 얀으로 이루어니고, 이들 열이 상기 받침의 저면에 밀접히 인접하여 배치된 상기 얀의 백루프와, 상기 받침의 전방면에 배치되며 상기 받침의 전방면으로부터 외측으로 돌출된 상기 얀의 파일로 이루어진 터프티드 카핏에 있어서, 상기 얀의 백루프가 상기 받침에 상기 얀을 결합하기 위한 적어도 주요 모드로써 상기 받침에 열적으로 결합되고, 동시에 상기 받침이 열적으로 결합된 상기 얀의 백루프를 가져 실질적으로 모래에 대한 기공으로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 터프티드 카핏.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 받침이 다수층으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 터프티드 카핏.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파일이 절단된 파일인 것을 특징으로 하는 터프티드 카핏.
  4. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 파일이 잔디와 같이 보이는 합성의 열가소성 재료로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 터프티드 카핏.
  5. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 합성의 열가소성 재료는 상기 받침이 끈적끈적하게 되는 온도이하이거나 그렇지 않으면 사실상 열적으로 품성이 저하되게 하는 상승된 온도에서 끈적끈적하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 터프티드 카핏.
  6. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기합성의 열가소성 재료가 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 터프티드 카핏.
  7. 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 받침이 직물 나일론으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 터프티드 카핏.
  8. 모래로 덮인 기초위에 배치되는 받침과, 적어도 부분적으로는 모래로 채워지고 상기 받침을 통하여 모래로 덮인 기초의 모래와 물리적 접촉을 하는 파일을 갖는 터프티드 카핏으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 모래충전의 인조잔디.
  9. 터프티드 카핏을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 전방면과 저면을 가지고 적어도 한 층으로 된 받침을 제공하는 단계와, 상기 받침의 전방면으로부터 외측으로 돌출하게 되는 파일을 받침의 전방면에 배치하기 위해 또한 상기 얀의 백루트를 상기 받침의 저면에 밀접하게 인접하여 배치하기 위해 상기 받침을 통하여 다수의 나란한 열의 얀을 스티칭하는 단계와, 상기 얀을 상기 받침에 결합하기 위한 적어도 주요 모드로써 상기 얀의 백루프를 상기 받침에 열적으로 결합되기에 충분한 에너지를 터프티드 될 받침에 공급하는 단계로 이루어지고, 상기 받침이 에너지 공급단계의 완료후 실질적으로 모래에 대한 기공을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 터프티드 카핏의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 에너지공급단계가 열원위로 터프티드 받침을 지나게 하여서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 터프티드 카핏의 제조방법.
