Claims (12)
- ⒜ (ⅰ)용융된 모금속과 산화제와의 산화반응으로 형성된 다결정 산화반응 생성물 및 (ⅱ)상기 세라믹체의 한개 이상의 표면으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 접근할 수 있는 상호연결된 다공성을 포함하는 자체-지지 세라믹체를 제공하는 단계;⒝중합체 성분을 함유한느 세라믹체를 형성하기 위하여 상기 다공성의 적어도 일부분에 중합체를 배열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 성분을 포함하는 자체-지지 세라믹체의 제조방법
- ⒜ (ⅰ)용융된 모금속과 산화제와의 산화반응으로 형성된 다결정 산화반응 생성물 및 (ⅱ)상기 세라믹체의 한개 이상의 표면으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 접근할 수 있는 상호연결된 다공성을 포함하는 자체-지지 세라믹체를 제공하는 단계;⒝상기 세라믹체의 상기 표면(들)을 상기 상호연결된 다공성의 적어도 일부분을 침투할 수 있는 중합체양으로 접촉시는 단계;및⒞상기 상호연결된 다공성의 적어도 일부분을 적어도 일부분의 상기 중합체양으로 침투시켜 중합체 성분을 포함하는 세라믹체를 형성시키는 단계들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 성분을 포함하는 자체-지지 세라믹체의 제조방법
- ⒜ (ⅰ)용융된 모금속과 산화제와의 산화반응으로 형성된 다결정 산화반응 생성물 및 (ⅱ)상기 세라믹체의 한개 이상의 표면으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 접근할 수 있는 상호연결된 다공성을 포함하는 자체-지지 세라믹체를 제공하는 단계;⒝중합체 성분을 함유하는 세라믹체를 제조하기 위하여 상기 다공성의 적어도 일부분에 중합체를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 성분을 함유하는 자체-지지 세라믹체의 제조방법
- ⒜ (ⅰ)용융된 모금속과 산화제와의 산화반응으로 형성된 다결정 산화반응 생성물 및 (ⅱ)상기 세라믹체의 한개 이상의 표면으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 접근할 수 있는 상호연결된 다공성을 포함하는 자체-지지 세라믹체를 제공하는 단계;⒝세라믹체를 반응구역 내에 집어넣는 단계;⒞반응구역 내의 세라믹체의 다공성 일부분을 중합 조건하에서 중합체를 침투시키는 단계;및 ⒟반응구역 내에 유체가 침투한 세라믹체를 중합조건으로 하여 중합체 성분을 포함하는 세라믹체를 형성시키는 단계들을 포함하는 중합체 성분을 포함하는 자체-지지 세라믹체의 제조방법
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모금속은 알루미늄, 실리콘, 티타늄, 주석, 지르코늄 및 하프늄으로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모금속은 알루미늄이며 다결정 산화반응 생성물은 주로 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항, 제2항,제3항 또는 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 상호연결된 다공성은 세라믹체에 중합체를 침투시키기 이전에 세라믹체 중의 약 5내지 45부피%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 자체-지지 세라믹체는 또한 상기 다결정 산화반응 생성물에 의해 침투된 충진재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제8항에 있어서 상기 충진재를 예비성형품(perform)으로 형상(형태)을 만드는 추가적인 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 용융된 모금속과 산화재와의 산화반응으로 형성된 다결정 산화생성물;및 상기 세라믹체의 한개 이상의 표면으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 접근할 수 있는 상호연결된 다공성의 공정처리 및 상기 다공성의 적어도 일부분에 배열된 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자치-지지 세라믹체
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹체는 추가적으로 상기 세라믹체의 한개 이상의 표면으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 접근할 수 있는 상호연결된 금속성분을 포함하며, 상기 세라믹체로부터 상기 상호연결된 금속성분을 적어도 부분적으로 증발시키기 위하여 ⒝단계에 앞서서 상기 세라믹체를 가열구역에 집어넣는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹체는 추가적으로 상기 세라믹체의 한개 이상의 표면으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 접근할 수 있는 상호연결된 금속성분을 포함하며, 상기 세라믹체로부터 상기 상호연결된 금속성분을 적어도 부분적으로 용해시키기 위하여 ⒝단계에 앞서서 상기 세라믹체를 추가적으로 침출제에 담그는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
