Claims (7)
- 제2다결정질 세라믹 성분을 함유하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 용융모금속과 산화제와의 산화반응시 형성된 다결정질 산화반응 생성물(i)과, 상기 세라믹체의 하나 이상의 표면에 적어도 부분적으로 노출된 상호 연결된 기공을 포함하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체를 준비하는 단계; (b) 상기 제2세라믹 성분을 함유하는 세라믹체를 형성하도록 상기 기공의 적어도 일부 내에 제2다결정질 세라믹 성분을 넣어주는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체의 제조방법.
- 제2다결정질 세라믹 성분을 함유하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) 용융모금속과 산화제와의 산화시 형성된 다결정질 산화반응 생성물(i)과, 상기 세라믹체의 하나 이상의 표면에 적어도 부분적으로 노출된 상호 연결된 기공(ii)을 포함하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체를 준비하는 단계; (b) 상기 상호연결된 기공의 적어도 일부를 용침시킬 수 있는 세라믹 물질에 속하는 상기 일정량의 모재와 상기 세라믹체의 하나 이상의 표면을 접촉시키는 단계; (c) 상기 일정량의 모재의 적어도 일부로 상기 상호 연결된 기공의 적어도 일부를 용침시키고 그리고 상기 제2세라믹을 함유하는 세라믹체를 형성하도록 상기 세라믹 물질의 형성을 일으키는 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모금속은 알루미늄, 실리콘, 티타늄, 주석, 지르코늄 및 하프늄으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모금속은 알루미늄이고, 그리고 다결정질 산화반응 생성물을 주로 알루미나인 것을 특징으로 하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 상호 연결된 기공은 상기 세라믹이 상기 제2세라믹 성분으로 용침되기 전에 상기 세라믹체의 체적의 약 5 내지 45%를 차지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2세라믹 성분은 크로미아 또는 실리카를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체의 제조방법.
- 자체-지지성 세라믹체에 있어서, 용융모금속과 산화제와의 산화반응시 형성된 다결정질 산화반응 생성물과, 상기 세라믹체의 하나 이상의 표면에 적어도 부분적으로 노출된 상호 연결된 기공, 그리고 상기 기공의 적어도 일부에 위치될 제2세라믹 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자체-지지성 세라믹체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
