Claims (15)
- 생분해성을 갖는 윤활유와 콜로포늄을 함유하는 생분해성수지와 콜로포늄 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되어진 수지성분이 혼합되어 있되 상기 윤활유와 수지성분은, (a) 상기 수지성분 60 내지 20중량부에 대하여 상기 윤활유를 40 내지 80중량부, 또는 (b) 상기 수지성분 30 내지 10중량부에 대하여 상기 윤활유를 70 내지 90중량부, 의 비율로 혼합되어진 생분해성을 갖는 점착성 오일조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활유는 식물성기름, 동물성기름 또는 혼합물로부터 선택되어진 것인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지성분은 토올수지인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 윤활유는 유채씨기름, 해바라기기름, 아주까리기름 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되어진 것인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 윤활유는 약 1 내지 5중량%의 솔비톨이 함유되어진 것인 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 수지성분은 약 1 내지 5중량%의 솔비톨이 함유되어진 것인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 윤활유는 약 1 내지 5중량%의 솔비톨이 함유되어진 것인 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 윤활유가 수지성분 60 내지 20중량부에 대하여 40 내지 80중량부로 혼합되어진 것을 윤활제로 사용하는 것.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수지성분과 윤활유는 수지성분 30 내지 10중량부에 대하여 윤활유 70 내지 90중량부로 혼합되어진 것을 이형제로 사용하는 것.
- 제8항에 있어서, 윤활유와 수지성분이 50/50의 혼합비로 이루어진 것.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 수지성분에 대한 윤활유의 혼합비는 80/20으로 하여 이루어진 것.
- 생분해성을 갖는 윤활유와, 생분해성이 있는 콜로포늄을 함유하는 수지와 콜로포늄 또는 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되어진 수지성분이 혼합된 조성물을 윤활성에 적합한 양정도취하여 모우터톱니사슬에 부여하되 상기 수지성분 60 내지 20중량부에 대하여 상기 윤활유를 40 내지 80중량부로 혼합시킨 혼합물을 모우터 톱니사슬에 사용하는 방법.
- 생분해성을 갖는 윤활유와, 생분해성이 있는 콜로포늄을 함유하는 수지와 콜로포늄 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되어진 수지성분이 혼합된 조성물을 탈형에 적합한 양정도취하여 균일하게 코팅시키되 상기 수시성분 30 내지 10중량부에 대하여 상기 윤활유를 70 내지 90중량부로 혼합시킨 혼합물을 성형성재질과 접촉되어 있는 주형표면에 코팅시켜서 성형성재질이 주형으로부터 탈형될 수 있도록 하는 방법.
- 생분해성을 갖는 윤활유와, 생분해성이 있는 콜로포늄을 함유하는 수지와 콜로포늄 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되어진 수지성분이 혼합된 조성물을 윤활성에 적합한 양정도취하여 코팅시키되 상기 수지성분 60 내지 20중량부에 대하여 상기 윤활유을 40 내지 80중량부로 혼합시킨 점착성 생분해성 조성물을 코팅시켜서 된 윤활성모우터 톱니사슬.
- 생분해성을 갖는 윤활유와, 생분해성이 있는 콜로포늄을 함유하는 수지와 콜로포늄 또는 이들의 혼합물중에서 선택되어진 수지성분이 혼합된 조성물을 탈형에 적합한 양정도취하여 균일하게 코팅시키되 상기 수지성분 30 내지 10중량부에 대하여 상기 윤활유를 70 내지 90중량부로 혼합시킨 조성물을 성형성재질과 접촉하는 표면에 코팅시켜 주형으로부터 탈형가능하도록 된 성형성재질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
