제2도는 가스 배기부 및 연소장치의 부분 종단면도,
제3도는 제2도의 도시한 부분의 평면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 노본체내에 침탄성의 분위기가스를 충만시키고, 이 노본체내에서 피처리품을 침탄처리하는 가스침탄방법에 있어서, 상기 노본체내에 탄화수소가스 및 공기를 각각 공급하고, 이 노본체내에서 이들 탄화수소 가스 및 공기를 혼합반응시켜서 침탄성의 분위기 가스를 생성하고, 이 노분체로의 상기 탄화수소가스의 공급유량을 일정하게 유지하며, 또 상기 노본체내로의 공기의 공급유량을 조정함으로써 생성되는 분위기 가스중의 카아본포펜셜을 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스침탄방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공기의 공급유량의 조정은, 상기 노본체내의 분위기 가스중의 산소량에 의거해서 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스침탄방법.
  3. 내부에 침탄성의 분위기가스가 충만된 노본체와, 이 노본체의 입구쪽에 착설된 반입실 및 출구쪽에 착설된 반출실을 갖춘 가스침탄장치에 있어서, 상기 반입실 및 반출실과 연통된 연소장치를 갖추고, 이 연소장치는 상기 반입실 또는 반출실내와의 연동을 개폐하는 밸브기구를 갖추고, 또 탄화수소가스를 연소시키는 버어너를 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 가스침탄장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연소장치는 일단부가 상기 반입실 또는 반출실내와 연통하고 타단부가 대기에 개방된 가스배기관과, 이 가스배기관의 선단부를 개폐하는 가스배기 덮개와, 이 가스배기관의 타단부에 착설되어 탄화수소가스를 연소시키는 버어너를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스침탄장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 버어너를 링형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스침탄 장치
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 반입실 및 반출실내에는 이들 실내의 압력저하를 검출하는 압력센서가 착설되고, 또 이들 압력센서로 부터의 신호를 받아서, 상기 반입실 또는 반출실내의 압력이 부압이 되었을 경우에 상기 연소장치를 작동시키는 제어부를 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스침탄장치.
