Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to control combustion stably, safely and accurately for the heating furnace by a method wherein the opening of the air damper is always adjusted by comparing the measured value with the predetermined value of the oxygen content of the exhausted gas as well as measuring the change of the flow rate of the fuel.
CONSTITUTION: The heating pipe 4, where the solution to be processed is heated, is provided with the heating furnace 1. The temperature of the solution in the heating pipe 4 is measured by the temperature indicating controller 5. Based on the value measured, the fuel is adjusted by opening or closing the valve 6 provided with the fuel pipe 2. The fuel is measured by the flow indicating meter 7 in the fuel pipe 2 at every period T2, for example at every minute, then the value measured is fed into the microcomputer 10. Besides, the oxygen content of the exhausted gas discharged from the heating furnace 1 is measured by the oxygen content meter 8 at every period T1, for example at every minute, and the value measured is also fed into the computer 10.
