제1도는 두개의 서로 결합하는 부품으로 구성된 전기콘넥터어쌤블리의 전개된 사시도이다.
제2도는 하우징들이 결합되기 전에 정돈된 상태에서, 두개의 분리된 하우징의 결합부분안에 위치된 대응하는 단자들의 횡단면도이다.
제3도는 대응하는 단자와 하우징부분들이 상호결합되어 한쪽 하우징 구성부품의 접촉밀봉부분이 다른쪽 하우징과 맞물려 있는 것을 도시한, 제2도와 유사한 횡단면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 서로 결합하는 제1(10) 및 제2(12)의 절연된 콘넥터 하우징;제1콘넥터 하우징(10)을 관통하여 뻗는 한개이상의 공동(32); 제2콘넥터 하우징(12)의 수단을 갖은(51)에 있는 한개이상의 상대적으로 결질성인 돌출부(60)와 각 돌출부(60)를 관통하여 뻗는 제2하우징의 내공(60d);및 대응하는 내공(60d)들과 공동(32)들 안의 서로 결합하는 전기단자(70,80)로 구성하되: 제1하우징(10)이, 상대적으로 경질성인 부분(20)과 제1하우징(10)의 결합면(11)에 인접한 상대적으로 가변성인 밀봉부분 (22)을 갖는 단일로 성형된 부재로 구성되며, 제1하우징의 각 공동(32)이 상대적으로 경질성인 부분(20)과 상대적으로 가변성인 밀봉부분(22)을 관통하여 뻗고 대응하는 돌출부(60)를 수용하는 수단으로 구성되어서, 제1(10)및 제2(12)의 콘넥터하우징이 서로 결합할때, 상대적으로 가변성인 밀봉부분(22)이 대응하는 돌출부(60) 주위에 결함없는 밀봉을 이룩함을 특징으로 하는, 한개이상의 회로에 있는 도선들 사이의 상호연결을 이룩하는데 사용하기 위한 분리할 수 있는 전기콘넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 돌출부(60)가, 제2하우징(12)의 결합끝부분에 인접한 자유단과 베이스(60c)를 가지며, 베이스는 원추형의 단면형을 가지며, 제1하우징(10)의 상대적으로 가변성인 밑봉부분(22)이, 돌출부베이스(60c)의 원추형단면형과 맞물릴때 최소한 일부분은 바깥쪽으로 펼쳐질 수 있는 전기콘텍터.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 밀봉부분(22)이,제1하우징(10)의 결합면으로부터 바깥쪽으로 뻗는 원통형의 립(22a)로 구성되는 전기 콘넥터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 복수의 돌출부(60)가, 제2하우징(12)의 결합끝부분에 병렬로 위치되며, 복수의 별도의 립(22a)가, 대응하는 돌출부(60)와 일치되게 배열된 제1하우징의 결합면에 위치된 전기 콘넥터.
  5. 제3항에 있어서,원통형의 립(22a)가, 원추형의 표면(60c)과 맞물릴때 복수의,별개의 밀봉 접촉을 형성하는 수단을 갖은 계단모양으로 단면형(22c,22d,22e)의 자유단을 갖는 전기 콘넥터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 제1(10) 및 제2(12) 하우징의 뒷쪽부분에 제2의 상대적으로 가변성인 밀봉부분(24)을 또한 포함하되, 제2의 상대적으로 가변성인 부분(24)은 전기단자들 중 한개(70 또는 80)가 그곳을 통하여 삽입된후 도선들을 밀봉하는 수단을 갖는 전기콘넥터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상대적으로 결질성인부분(20)과 상대적으로 가변성인 부분(22)이, 그들 사이의 화학적인 친화성에 의하여 그들의 접촉면에서 서로 부착된 이질(異質)의 절연재료로 성형된 전기콘넥터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상대적으로 가변성인 부분(22)이 엘라스토머성재료로 성형된 전기콘넥터.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 한쪽 콘넥터하우징의 상대적으로 경질성인 부분으로 부터 뻗는 성형된 경질성의 후렌지(56), 및 후렌지(56)의 한쪽표면에 성형된 주변의 밀봉 가스켓(58)으로 또한 구성하되. 후렌지(56)와 밀봉가스켓(58)이 단일로 성형된 한쪽 콘넥터 하우징(12)의 일부분을 각각 이루는 전기 콘넥터.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 각 단자(70,80)가 각 하우징(10,12)의 경질부분(20,50)내부에 간직되는 전기콘넥터.
