Claims (13)

  1. 트래킹 정보에 대응하는 프리그로우브 및 어드레서 신호에 대응하는 프리퍼트 등의 凹凸 패턴이 형성된 디스크 기판의 해당 凹凸 패턴 형성면에 열모드용 기록 재료로 되는 기록층을 형성해서되는 광정보기록 디스크에 있어서, 상기 디스크 기판과 상기 기록층과의 사이에, 상기 디스크 기판 보다도 내열성이 우수함과 도시에 상기 기록층의 융점, 분해온도 또는 승화온도보다도 낮는 온도로 용해, 분해 또는 승화 등의 열적변형을 일으키는 광투과성이 유기물질로 되는 트리거층을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록디스크.
  2. 트래킹 정보에 대응하는 프리그로우브 및 어드레스 신호에 대응하는 프리피트 등의 凹凸 패턴이 형성된 디스크 기판의 해당 凹凸 패턴 형성면에 열모드용 기록재료로 되는 기록층을 형성해서 되는 광정보디스크에 있어서, 기판의 凹凸 패턴 형성면에, 광투과성으로 디스크 기판보다도 내열성이 우수한 단열층과 상기 기록층의 용점, 분해온도 또는 승화온도보다도 낮는 온도로 융해, 분해 또는 승화 등의 열적변형을 일으키는 광투과성의 유기물질로 되는 트리거층을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록디스크.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 트리거층이 푸린유도체를 핵으로 가지는 유기물질 탄화수소, 규소계 유기화합물, 유기금속 화합물, 불소계 유기화합물에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 유기물질로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보기록디스크.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 기록층을 텔루륨을 주성분으로 하는 저융점 합금으로 형성하여, 상기 트리거층을 푸린유도체를 핵으로 가지는 유기물질, 불소계 유기화합물, 규소계 유기화합물, 탄화수소, 유기금속 화합물에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 유기재료로서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록매체.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 있어서, 단열층이 110℃ 이상의 내열성과 8Kcal/m.h.℃ 이하의 열전도율을 가지는 물질로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록매체
  6. 플라스틱제의 기판을 구비한 특허청구의 범위 제2항, 제4항, 제5항에 있어서, 단열층이 무기 유화물, 무기 산화물, 무기 불화물에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 무기재료 또는 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드, 탄화수소, 구아닌에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 유기재료로 형성도어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록매체
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 트리거층이 110℃ 이상의 내열성과 4.3Kcal/m.h.℃ 이하의 열전도율을 가지는 유기물질로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록디스크.
  8. 디스크 기판이 폴리 메틸 메타 크릴레이트 또는 폴리카보네이트 또는 폴리올레핀 또는 UV레진 또는 에폭시로 형성되고, 기록층이 텔루륨을 주성분으로 하는 합금으로 형성된 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 트리거층이 메탄, 프로판, 에틸렌, 프로릴렌, 아세틸렌, 벤젠, 스틸렌, 테트라메틸실란, 헥사 메틸 디실란, 헥사 메틸 디실란잔, 헥사 메틸 실록산, 옥타메틸 시클로 테트라 실록산, 테트라 메틸 주석, 테트라 메틸 게르마늄, 페로센, 펜타 에독시 탄탈, 티타늄 테트라 이소프로폭사이드, 4불화탄소, 테트라 플로오로 에틸렌, 헥사 플루오로 프로펜, 헥사 플로오로 에탄에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 유기물질을 사용하여 플라즈마 중합된 유기물질로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록디스크.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 트리거층이 플라즈마 중합된 유기물질로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록디스크.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 트리거층의 두께가 150Å 이상 1000Å 이하로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록디스크.
  11. 디스크 기판이 PMMA 또는 PC 또는 폴리 올레핀 또는 UV레진 또는 에폭시로 형성된 특허청구의 범위 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 단열층이 Zns, ZrO2, SiO,SiO2, TiO2, MgF2에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 무기재료, 또는 폴리 이미드, 폴리 아미드 이미드에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 유기재료로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록디스크.
  12. 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 있어서, 트리거층이 푸린 유도체를 핵으로 갖는 유기화합물, 불소계 유기화합물을 주성분으로 하는 상온 고체물질에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 유기물질로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록디스크.
  13. 글라스 투명기판의 한쪽면에 트리킹 정보에 대응하는 프리그로우브 및 어드레스 신호에 대응하는 프리피트 등의 凹凸 패턴을 유지하는 레프리카층이 형성되고, 해당 凹凸 패턴 형성면에 열모드용 기록재료로되는 기록막층을 형성해서 되는 광정보 기록디스크에 있어서, 상기 레프리카층과 상기 기록막층과의 사이에, 상기 레프리카층보다도 내열성이 우수한 단열층 및 내열성의 우수함과 동시에 상기 기록층의 융점, 분해온도 또는 승화온도보다도 낮은 온도로 용해, 분해 또는 승화 등의 열적변형을 일으키는 광투과성의 유기물질로 되는 트리거층중 적어도 트리거층을 마련한 것을 특징으로 하는 광정보 기록디스크.
