Claims (6)

  1. 자기조절식 압력제어밸브에 있어서, 이 밸브는 압력제어밸브; 설정압력 설정용 압력설정장치; 상기 압력제어밸브에 피제어 압력조절용 압력조절장치; 상기 압력조절장치 구동용 구동장치; 상기 압력설정장치에 의해서 설정된 설정압력과, 상기 압력조절장치의 압력조절부재의 위치와 피제어 압력 사이의 선정된 함수관계를 기초로 하여 상기 압력조절장치의 압력조절부재가 피제어 압력을 설정압력으로 조절하는 위치로 이송되도록 상기 구동장치의 작동을 제어하기 위한 제어장치로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기조절식 압력제어밸브.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는 상기 압력조절장치의 압력조절부재의 위치와 피제어 압력사이의 상기 선정된 함수관계를 표시하는 제어데이타를 저장하고 상기 제어데이타와 상기 압력설정장치에 의해서 공급된 설정압력신호를 기초로 하여 상기 압력조절부재가 놓여질 위치를 계산하는 컴퓨터를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 압력조절부재의 위치는 포텐시오메터와 같은 위치감지장치에 의해서 감지되고, 상기 제어장치는 상기 위치감지장치의 감지신호가 제어데이타와 설정압력을 표시하는 신호를 기초로 하여 상기 제어장치의 컴퓨터에 의해서 계산된 위치를 표시하는 신호와 일치할때까지 상기 압력조절장치를 구동하도록 상기 구동장치의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기조절식 압력제어밸브.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는 상기 압력조절장치의 압력조절부재의 위치와 피제어 압력 사이의 선정된 함수관계를 표시하는 제어데이타를 저장하는 컴퓨터를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 구동장치는 스테핑 모우터를 구비하고 있으며, 상기 컴퓨터는 상기 압력설정장치로부터 받은 설정압력을 기초로 하여 상기 압력조절부재가 놓여 있는 위치에 상응하는 펄스수를 갖는 펄스신호를 계산하여 피제어 압력을 설정압력으로 조절하는 그 펄스신호를 스테핑 모우터에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기조절식 압력제어밸브.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 피제어 압력감지용 피제어 압력감지장치를 더 구비하고 있으며, 상기 피제어 압력감지장치에 의해서 공급된 감지신호와 상기 압력설정장치에 의해서 공급된 설정압력신호는 피제어 압력과 설정압력의 편차를 계산하는 상기 제어장치에 의해서 계속적으로 또는 주기적으로 비교되며, 만일 피제어 압력과 설정압력의 어떤 중대한 편차가 있으면, 컴퓨터는 그 편차와 피제어 압력을 설정압력과 일치시키기 위하여 피제어 압력을 수정한 컴퓨터에 저장되어 있는 제어데이타를 기초로 하여 상기 압력조절장치의 압력조절부재가 이동되어야할 현재위치로부터의 수정거리를 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기조절식 압력제어밸브.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 감지된 피제어 압력을 표시하는 피제어 압력신호와 설정압력을 표시하는 설정압력신호 사이의 차이의 조작을 통하여 상기 제어유니트에 의해서 계산된 상기 압력조절장치의 압력조절부재의 위치는 상기 압력조절장치의 압력조절부재의 새로운 수정위치로서 컴퓨터안에 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기조절식 압력제어밸브.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치는 포텐시오메터 혹은 상기 위치감지장치와 같은 것에 의하여 감지된 상기 압력조절장치의 압력조절부재의 위치에 상응하는 감지신호가 포텐시오메터 혹은 상기 압력설정장치와 같은 것에 의하여 공급된 설정압력을 표시하는 설정압력신호와 일치할때까지 작동하도록 상기 구동장치를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기조절식 압력제어밸브.
