Claims (2)

  1. 표준 주파수 신호를 분할하는 제1분주 회로와, 상기 제1분주 회로로부터의 출력 신호를 분할하는 제2분주 회로와, 상기 제1분주 회로로부터 상기 제2분주 회로로 출력 신호를 공급하는 것을 금지하는 검사 클럭펄스가 공급되고, 상기 검사 클럭 펄스를 상기 제2분주 회로에 공급하는 단자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분주 검사 기능을 갖춘 집적 회로.
  2. 표준 주파수 신호를 분할하는 분주 회로와, 상기 분주 회로의 리세트 입력 단자에 접속된 리세트 단자와, 그러한 리세트 단자를 지정된 전압 레벨로 보유함으로써 상기 분주 회로의 최소한 일부를 리세트하는 리세트 회로와, 클럭 펄스를 상기 리세트 단자에 외부적으로 입력시킴으로써 상기 분주 회로의 지정된 수효의 분주단을 리세트하고, 지정된 분주단 다음의 후속 분주단에 상기 클럭 펄스를 공급하는 제어 회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분주 검사 기능을 갖춘 집적 회로.
