Claims (11)
- 그 염료가 미생물에 의해 생산된 것이며 염색전에 고형 바이오메스 잔여물로부터 그 염료를 분리하지 않고 인디고 또는 그것의 유도체가 함유된 바이오메스를 기질에 적용시킴을 특징으로하는 기질의 염색 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인디고 또는 그 유도체를 미생물에 의해 생산하여 바이오메스를 생성케하며 그 바이오메스의 세포를 용해시키며 기질을 고형 바이오메스 잔여물로부터 분리하지 않고 그 고형 바이오메스로 염색시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 염색전에 인디고 또는 그 유도체가 함유된 고형 바이오메스를 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그 기질이 수산기 또는 질소 함유 유기 기질임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 그 기질이 면임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염색방법이 베트염색법임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 염색조에 부가하기 적합한 인디고 또는 그 유도체가 함유된 바이오메스를 제조함에 있어서, 미생물에 의해 인디고 또는 그 유도체를 제조하고 그 결과의 바이오메스를 건조시켜 그 인디고 염료가 바이오메스의 잔여물로부터 분리되지 않는것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 그 건조가 분사기로 실시되어 분말로 또는 유동상에서 과립으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 인디고 또는 그 유도체를 생산한후 건조전에 바이오메스의 세포를 용해시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 미생물에 의해 생산되어 바이오메스의 잔여물로부터 분리되지 않은 인디고 또는 그 유도체가 함유된 건조 바이오메스.
- 제10항에 있어서, 그 함유된 인디고 화합물이 하기식(I)의 화합물인 바이오메스.이때 R1은 각각 수소 또는 C1-4알킬, R2는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, C1-4알킬, C1-4알콕시, 수산, 시아노, 아미노 또는 니트로이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
