Claims (10)
- 이스트 추출물을 제조하는데 있어서, 식용 이스트의 현탁 수용액을 55-70℃에서 가열하고, 상기 처리한 이스트를 pH8∼10에서 자기분해시킨 후, 처리한 현탁액으로부터 불응물질들을 제거하고 이어서 이스트 추출물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이스트가 사카로미세스속에 속하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이스트가 사카로미세스 세레비시아에에 속하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이스트가 칸디다속에 속하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이스트가 칸디다 우틸리스에 속하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이스트가 칸디다속에 속하며 5-플루오로우라실에 대한 감수성은 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 현탁 수용액을 열교환기를 사용하여 5∼20초간 가열함을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기분해를 pH8.5∼9.5에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기분해를 약 35∼50℃에서 약 4∼10시간 동안 수행함을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자기분해후 자기분해물을 5′-아데닐레이트 데아미나제로 처리하여 5′-아데닐산을 5′-이노신산으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 이스트 추출물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
