개선된 현탁 성질을 갖는 비듬방지용 삼푸 조성물

제1도는 Winkler 특허 제4,470,982호에 기재된 모발샴푸 조성물의 비듬방지제에 코코넛 모노에타놀아미드(coconut monoetanolamide)와 코코넛 디에탄올아미드(coconut diethanolamide)를 현탁시켰을때의 효능을 서로 비교한 그래프.
제2도는 하기 3가지 현탁제 조성물의 효능을 서로 비교한 그래프. : EMA단독시; 현탁된 알카놀아미드(alkanolamide) 및 에스테르왁스(wax ester)사용시 ; 모발샴푸조성물의 아연피리티온(Zinc pyrithione)을 현탁시키기 위해 현탁된 알카놀아미드, 에스테르왁스 및 EMA 사용시.
제3도 및 제4도는 분리비율로 비듬방지 모발샴푸 조성물을 테스트하는데 사용되는 용기.

Claims (28)

  1. 약 5 내지 20중량%의 음이온 계면활성제 ; 약 0.2 내지 5중량%의 미립자 비듬방지제 ; 약 1 내지 3중량%의 현탁된 알카놀아미드, 에스테르왁스 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 실온에서 고체인 물불용성의 현탁제 ; 약 0.1내지 1중량%의 다수의 중화된 카르복시들을 함유한 수지 ; 및액체캐리어(carrier)로 구성되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 8 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬베타인계 ; 8 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬아미도프로필베타인계, 8 내지 18개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬아미도프로필설포베타인계 ; 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 약 1내지 10중량%의 양성계면활성제를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온 계면활성제는 암모늄알킬설페이트, 소디움알킬설페이트, 트리에탄올아민, 알킬설페이트, 모노에탄올아민알킬설페이트 및 3몰의 에톡시레이션을 함유한 암모늄알킬에테르설페이트, 4몰의 에톡시레이션을 함유하는 암모늄노닐페녹시(에틸엔옥시)설페이트 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 음이온 계면활성제는 암모늄 라우릴설페이트 또는 3몰의 에톡시레이션을 함유하는 암모늄 라우릴에테르설페이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 약 1 내지 10중량%의 비이온 계면활성제를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비이온 계면활성제는 코코넛 디에탄올아미드, 코코넛 모노에탈올아미드, 라우릭디에탄올아미드, 라우릭모노에탄올아미드 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현탁된 알카놀아미드는 스테아르아미드 MEA스테아레이트, 스테아르아미드 DEA스테아레이트, 스테아르아미드 DIBA스테아레이트 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 현탁된 알카놀아미드는 스테아르아미드 MEA스테아레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르왁스는 스테아릴스테아레이트, 미리스틸스테아레이트, 세틸스테아레이트, 미리스틸미리스테이트, 세틸미리스테이트, 에틸렌글리콜모노스테아레이트, 에틸렌글리콜디스테아레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜디스테아레이트, 프로필렌글리콜모노스테아레이트, 프로필렌글리콜디스테아레이트 또는 프로필렌글리콜모노라우레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르왁스는 스테아릴스테아레이트, 미리스틸미리스테이트, 또는 에틸렌글리콜디스테아레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 에스테르왁스는 스테아릴 스테아레이트 또는 미리스틸 미리스테이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 현탁된 알카놀아미드, 에스테르왁스 또는 그 혼합물들은 약 1.5 내지 2.5중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 카르복시기들을 함유한 고분자는 무수에틸렌-말레익수지 또는 폴리아크릴산수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 카르복시기들을 함유한 고분자는 가교된 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 카르복시기를 함유한 고분자는 약 0.3 내지 0.6중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기를 함유한 고분자를 중화시키는 염기는 알칼리금속산화물, 수산화암모늄 또는 알킬(C1에서 C4)아민인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 비듬방지제는 아연피리티온 또는 유황인 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기를 함유한 고분자는 약 0.2 내지 1.0중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기를 함유한 고분자는 약 0.3 내지 1.0중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기를 함유한 고분자는 선형고분자이며 약 0.3 내지 1.0중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기를 함유한 고분자는 선형고분자이며 약 0.5 내지 1.0중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  22. 하기 성분으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 음이온계면활성제 함유액체 캐리어 조성물에 미립자를 현탁시키기 위한 현탁조성물. 약 1 내지 3중량%의 현탁 알카놀아미드, 에스테르왁스 또는 그 혼합물 ; 및 약 0.1 내지 1중량%의 다수의 중화된 카르복시기들을 함유한 고분자.
  23. 적합한 캐리어중의 물에 불용인 지방산알카놀아미드 또는 에스테르왁스 ; 다수의 중화된 카르복시기를 함유한 가교수지 ; 및 8 내지 22개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 물에 가용인 음이온설페이트 세정제에 균일하게 분산 및 현탁된 미립자 비듬방지제의 유효양으로 구성되는 조성물로 사람의 모발을 처리하고, 그 모발을 세척하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사람의 모발을 세정하고 비듬을 처리하는 방법.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 설페이트는 암모늄 라우릴설페이트 또는 3몰의 에톡시레이션을 함유한 암모늄 에테르설페이트이며, 약 5 내지 20중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  25. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기를 함유하는 고분자는 약 0.2 내지 1.0중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  26. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기를 함유하는 고분자는 약 0.3 내지 1.0중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  27. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기를 함유하는 고분자는 약 0.2 내지 1.0중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
  28. 제23항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기를 함유하는 고분자는 약 0.3 내지 1.0중량%의 함량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비듬방지샴푸.
