제 1도는 40℃에서 혼합가스 #1중 아르곤과 산소를 분리하는데 실시예 2에 의해 제조된 흡착제를 이용하였을 때의 크로마토그램이다.
제 2도는 40℃중 아르곤 과산소를 분리하는데 실시예 9에 의해 제조된 흡착제를 이용하였을 때의 크로마토그램이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하나 또는 그 이상의 소량성분을 포함하는 벌크 개스 스트림은 제올라이트 흡착제와 접촉되고, 분리되는 소량성분은 벌크 개스보다 많은 흡착열을 가지거나 또는 벌크 개스가 제올라이트 흡작제의 세공구조로부터 크기대로 배출되어 하나 이상의 소량성분을 함유하는 벌크 개스 스트림으로부터 하나 이상의 소량 성분의 선별흡착에 있어서, 제올라이트 흡착제로서 1.5중량% 이하의 물함량을 갖는 탈수된 캐버자이트 흡착제를 이용하고(탈수된 캐버자이트 흡착제는 다가 금속 양이온으로 교환된 교환성 이온역량의 적어도 50%를 지니고 있다), 소량성분의 부분압이 소량 성분의 등온의 선형 저압부위내에 존재하는 조건하에서 공정을 수행하여 소량성분을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제올라이트에 의한 선별흡착공정.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 소량성분은 질소이며 벌크 개스는 아르곤, 수소, 헬륨, 테트라플루오로메탄 또는 이것의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 소량성분은 일산화탄소, 질소, 메탄 또는 이것의 혼합물이며 벌크 개스는 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 다가금속 양이온은 이가금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 다가금속 양이온은 알카리토 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 다가금속 양이온은 칼슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 다가금속 양이온으로 교환된 적어도 일부의 교환가능성 이온역량을 갖는 탈수화된 캐버자이트 흡착제는 탈수시 또는 탈수후에 산화대기와 반응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 공정은 아르곤과 산소의 분리를 나타내기 위하여 크로마토그래프에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서, 공정은 아르곤과 산소의 분리를 나타내기 위하여 크로마토그래프에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
