Claims (16)
- 전범위의 압력 및 온도에서 제2성분에 대해 20이상의 선택도를 가지는 흡착제를 이용하여 수소 및 CO2,메탄 및 CO2질소 및 메탄, 질소 및 CO2또는 수소 및 질소로 구성된 제1/제2성분 그룹에서 선택한 개스혼합물을 고압에서 흡착분리하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 흡착분리가 수행되면 각 성분은 높은 회수율, 고순도로서 회수되며 제1성분은 바람직하게는 제2성분을 선택적 흡착하는 다수의 평행 흡착배드 내에서 상승된 압력으로 회수되는 하기의 단계들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착분리공정 :(a)원료 개스 혼합물을 30-500psig의 압력으로 다수의 흡착배드 중의 하나에 통과시키며, 상기의 제1성분은 순수한 제품으로서 배드에서 얻어지며 제2성분은 흡착제에 선택적으로 흡착되며, 상긴 흡착제는 흡착배드의 개스 조성물, 압력 및 온도에서 분리된 제2성분에 대해 20이상의 선택도를 갖는다. : (b)흡착을 중단하고 대략 원료 급송 압력정도의 제2성분의 스트림(stre-am)을 가지고 흡착배드를 세척하여 제1성분을 제거하며, 유출물은 공정의 원료 라인으로 재순환된다 ; (c) 상기 흡착배드로 부터 제2성분을 적어도 부분적으로 제거하기 위하여 상기 흡착배드에 역류시켜 중간 압력(intermediate pressure)이 되도록 세척된 흡착배드를 감압시키고 ;(d) 상기의 감압단계(c)에 이어서 더 이상의 세척없이, 상기 흡착배드를 역류도 배출시켜 대기압 이하의 압력이 되도록 하여 상기 배드로 부터 제2성분을 제거하고 ;(e) 또다른 흡착단계를 위한 배드를 준비하기 위하여 대기압 이상의 압력으로 배드를 다시 가압시키는 단계.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착기간 동안 흡착배드 내의 온도 범위는 10℃내지 60℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리는 나란히 연결된 2개 내지 6개의 배드 사이에 변호를 매긴 흡착배드 내에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분 및 제2성분의 회수율은 95% 또는 그 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 개스 혼합물은 매립지 오프개스(off-gas)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 개스 혼합물은 제1성분으로서 수소를 제2성분으로서 CO2를 함유한 스팀 개질기 오프 개스(steam reformer off-gas)인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 개스 혼합물은 산소가 타서 넘치는 (fire flood)또는 CO2가 넘침(flood)으로 인해 얻어진 유전지로 부터 제조된 개스 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원료 개스 혼합물은 물과 중(重) 탄화수소를 제거시키기 위하여 선처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세척단계(b)는 흡착단계(a)에 대해 병류로(동일 방향으로) 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재가압 단계(e)는 흡착단계(a)에 대해 양류(역방향으로)로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)및 단계(d)에서 방출된 제2성분의 일부분은 단계(b)의 세척용 개스로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계(c)은 적어도 2개의 단계로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
