제1도 제2도 및 제3도는 모두 본 발명 방법의 실시상태 를나타내는 플로우 사이트.

Claims (1)

  1. 이산화탄소, 일산환탄소 및 질소 등을 함유한 원료가스 중의 일산화탄소를 2단계에 걸친 흡착조작에 의한 분리정체를 할때에,
    (가) 제1단계의 흡착조작으로서, 이산화탄소를 선택적으로 흡착하는 물질을 충전한 2기이상의 흡착탑을 사용하여 그 흡착탑내에 상기 원료가스를 도입하여 흡착 및 탈착을 반복하는 압력변동식 흡착분리에 의해 이산화탄소를 제거하고,
    (나) 제2단계의 흡착조작으로서, 제1단계의 흡착조작에 의해 배출된 제1단계 제품가스중에 함유된 일산화탄소를 선택적으로 흡착하는 물질을 충전한 2기 이상의 흡착탑을 사용하여, 일단 그 흡착탑내를 가압상태하로 유지하여 흡착한 일산화탄소를 다시 감압탁착하여 일산화탄소만을 분리하고, 그리고
    (다) 제품 CO가스의 순도 및 원료가스 중의 CO농도 또는 제1단계 배출가스 중의 CO농도를 연속적으로 측정하고, 이들의 CO농도를 미리 정한 일정치이하로 저하한 때에, 얻어진 제품가스의 일부분을 원료가스 또는 제1단계배출가스 중에 환류하는 것에 의해 원료가스로 부터 항상 실질상 일정 순도의 CO제품가스를 분리하는 방법.
