Abstract

본 발명은 염소 분리 컬럼의 상부와 탈착 증류 컬럼의 윗 부분 및 탈착 증류 컬럼의 아랫 부분과 염소 분리 컬럼의 저부가 기체측 및 액체측에 서로 연결되는 형태로 염소 분리 컬럼과 커플링된 탈착 증류 컬럼에서 탈착 증류를 수행하는 것으로 이루어지고, 흡수제/염소 혼합물이 탈착 증류 컬럼에 배타적으로 공급되고, 고순도의 염소가 염소 분리 컬럼의 중간 부분으로부터 배출되는 것인, 불활성 흡수제를 사용하여 염소를 흡수하고, 흡수제/염소 혼합물을 탈착 증류 컬럼으로 공급함으로써 흡수 단계로부터의 배출된 흡수제/염소 혼합물로부터 염소를 다운스트림 탈착하는 것에 의한 염소 함유 공급 기체로부터 고순도의 염소를 분리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 염소 분리 컬럼의 상부와 탈착 증류 컬럼의 윗 부분 및 탈착 증류 컬럼의 아랫 부분과 염소 분리 컬럼의 저부가 기체측 및 액체측에 서로 연결되는 형태로 염소 분리 컬럼과 커플링된 탈착 증류 컬럼에서 탈착 증류를 수행하는 것으로 이루어지고, 흡수제/염소 혼합물이 탈착 증류 켠럼에 배타직으로 공급되고, 고순도의 염소가 염소 분리 컬럼의 중간 부분으로부터 배출되는 것인, 불활성 흡수제를 사용한 염소 흡수, 및 흡수제/염소 혼합물을 탈착 증류 컬럼에 공급함으로써 흡수 단계로부터의 배출된 흡수제/염소 혼합물로부터의 염소를 다운스트림 탈착에 의한 염소 함유 공급 기체로부터 고순도의 염소를 분리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 증기가 탈착 증류 컬럼의 아랫 부분으로부터 염소 분리 컬럼의 저부로 통과되고, 액체가 탈착 증류 컬럼의 윗 부분으로부터 염소 분리 컬럼의 상부로 통과되고, 염소 분리 컬럼으로부터 배출된 증기가 탈착 증류 컬럼의 액체 배출 높이에서 탈착 증류 컬럼으로 재통과되고, 염소 분리 컬럼의 저부에서 배출된 물질이 중기 배출 높이에서 탈착 증류 컬럼으로 재통과되는 방법.
  3. 염소 함유 기체 스트림을 먼저 압력 스윙 흡착하고, 압력 스윙 흡착에 의해 얻은 염소 함유 기체를 1-20바, 바람직하게는 5-10바의 압력으로 압축하고 난 후, 저온 증류하여, 증류 컬럼의 저부 생성물로서 순수형태로 염소를 분리하고, 증류 컬럼의 상부 생성물을 압력 스윙 흡착의 공급 기체 스트림으로 재통과시키는 것으로 이루어진 염소 함유 기체 스트림으로부터 순수 염소를 분리하는 방법.
