Claims (5)
- 흡착된 상을 공기 분리압력 및 질소 흡착이 수행되는 압력보다 낮은 압력에서 탈착시키고, 탈착 후 생성된 산소 가스를 사용하여 분자체 흡착기를 공기분리시의 공기 흐름에 역류하여 적어도 부분적으로 또는 완전히 재가압시킴으로써 흡착기내 분자체 제올라이트를 사용하여 공기중 산소 함량을 증가시키는 흡착 교호 가압공정에 있어서, 가스 또는 일부의 생성 가스를 냉각시키고 냉각된 생성 가스를 사용하여 분자체 흡착기를 재가압시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자체 제올라이트가 A 또는 X 및 Y형인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착된 성분을 1기압 이하로 감소된 압력에서 탈착시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 흡착된 성분의 탈착이 절대압력 약 1bar에서 일어나는 한편, 공기의 분리는 절대압력 1bar이상에서 일어나는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 충전용으로 사용되는 생성 가스의 냉각을 분자체 흡착기의 평균 최저 온도가 0℃ 내지 -60℃인 범위에서 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
