제 4도는 제 3도를 절단선(B-B)를 따라 자른 단면도로서 뚜껑을 눌러 닫았을 때를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 조리할 음식을 담는 용기 (1), (17), (50)와 이 용기를 덮고 안전벨브가 달린 뚜껑(2),(52)과 용기와 뚜껑을 서로 결속시키는 잠금장치(폐장치)와 폐상태에서 압력강하에 대해서 솥 내부공간을 보호하는 역할을 수행하며, 뚜껑과 용기사이에 배치된 밀봉장치 (11),(60)등으로 구성되며, 상기 밀봉장치(11),(60)는 뚜껑(2)(52) 및 용기(1), (17), (50)에 밀착하여 방사상으로 내측으로 향하도록 배치되어 있는 밀봉잎(7),(8), (62),(64)으로 구성되고, 뚜껑(2),(52)을 용기 (1),(17),(50)쪽으로 누르면 이 밀봉잎이 뚜껑(2), (52) 및 용기(1), (17), (50)으로부터 떨어져 올라가고, 이어서 뚜껑(2), (5)을 열때 그 여는 방향은 밀봉(7), (8), (62), (64)의 길이 방향에 직각이며, 밀봉맆(7),(21),(64)과 뚜껑(2),(52) 및 용기 (1), (17), (50)사이에는방사상으로 외부쪽으로 돌출한 림이 배치되어 있으며, 슬라이드 소자(12),(100)는 지렛대역할을 함으로써 하부밀봉잎(7),(21),(64)을 들어올리는 일을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압력솥.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 슬라이드소자(12),(100)는 고리모양이고, 용기(1),(17),(50) 및 뚜껑(2),(52)의 전체림(19),(50),(10)을 따라 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기압력솥.
  3. 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서, 슬라이드소자(12), (100)는 단면이 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압력솥.
  4. 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서, 밀봉장치(11),(60)는 NBR탄성체 또는 실리콘고무로 제작되고, 슬라이드소자는 스테인레스강 또는 플라스틱으로 제작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압력솥.
  5. 제 1항및 제 2항에 있어서, 슬라이드소자(12), (100)는 밀봉장치(11), (60)에 부속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기압력솥.
  6. 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서, 슬라이드소자(12),(100)의 표면은 얇은 조각이나 알갱이식으로 부서지는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기압력솥.
  7. 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서, 슬라이드 소자(12),(100)는 용기림(56) 및 뚜껑(2)에 뚫려진 구멍(70),(31) 외부쪽에 방사상으로 배치되어 있고, 상기 구멍(70),(31)은 밀봉잎(64)의 단부 외부쪽으로 방사상으로 뚫려져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압력솥.
  8. 제 1항및 제 2항에 있어서, 슬라이드소자(100)는 뚜껑(52)의 구멍(58)으로 돌출한 스텁(68)과 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압력솥.
  9. 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서, 납작한 지탱소자(72)는 밀봉잎(62),(64)사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압력솥.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서, 슬라이드소자는 뚜껑(2) 및 응기림(9)으로 둘러사여져 있으며 지렛대 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압력솥.
  11. 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서, 슬라이드소자(12), (100)에는 구멍(66)이 측면에 뚫려져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기 압력솥.
